You must not eat any bread, or roasted or new grain, until the very day you bring this offering to your God. This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come, wherever you live.

You must not eat any bread until the day you bring your offering to the Lord your God. You must not eat any cooked grain or any of your first grain until that time. This is a law that will last for all time to come. It applies no matter where you live.

And you shall eat neither bread nor grain parched or fresh until this same day, until you have brought the offering of your God: it is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.

示知安息聖日、又藉爾僕摩西、以誡命典章法律諭之、

當取初稔之麥、為屑作餅、以為舉祭、與舉禾場之穀一例、必取初稔之麥為屑、以為舉祭、獻於耶和華、歷世弗替、○

於爾所居之處、凡脂與血、均勿食之、著為永例、歷世勿替、

爾至迦南、栽培結實之樹、必以初實為不潔、如人之未受割然、三年毋食、至於四年、其實為聖、可奉獻之、以頌美耶和華、迨至五年、其菓可食、使之結實纍然、我乃耶和華、爾之上帝也、

翌日、民食其地所產、無酵之餅、火烘之穀、既食其地所產、翌日瑪那遂止、以色列人不復得之、是年食迦南土產、○

且以耶和華所諭摩西之典章、訓迪以色列族、○
