㡘內不可入、壇前不可近、體既有疵、恐其玷我聖所、蓋我乃耶和華、使之成聖也、

簾中不可入、壇前不可近、恐玷我聖所、蓋我耶和華已使之成聖。

惟毋至幔前、毋近於祭臺、緣有殘疾、恐玷我之聖所、因我耶和華已使之為聖、

yet because of his defect, he must not go near the curtain or approach the altar, and so desecrate my sanctuary. I am the Lord, who makes them holy.’”

But because he has a flaw, he must not go near the curtain or approach the altar. If he does, he will make my sacred tent“ unclean.” I am the Lord. I make everything holy.’ ”

but he shall not go through the veil or approach the altar, because he has a blemish, that he may not profane my sanctuaries, for I am the Lord who sanctifies them.”

Yet because of his physical defect, he may not enter the room behind the inner curtain or approach the altar, for this would defile my holy places. I am the Lord who makes them holy.”

But because he has a defect, he must not go near the curtain or approach the altar. He is not to desecrate my holy places, for I am the LORD who sets them apart.”

他不可出聖所，也不可褻瀆他的上帝的聖所，因為他的上帝膏油之聖冠在他頭上；我是永恆主。

要把壇放在帷帳前面、對着裏面的法櫃、在法櫃上的除罪蓋前面；那蓋就是我要和你相會的地方。亞倫要燒芬芳的香在壇上：早晨修整燈的時候、他要燒這香；傍晚時分、亞倫點燈的時候，他也要燒這香，做你們在永恆主面前代代不斷的香。

摩西把金香壇安設在會棚裏帷帳前面，他在香壇上燒了芬芳的香：照永恆主所吩咐摩西的。

『因此主永恆主這麼說：以色列人中的一切外人、心沒受割禮、肉身沒受割禮、的一切外人、都不可進入我的聖地。但是那遠離了我的、利未人當以色列人走迷了路時候，他們也走迷了路離開我、去隨從他們的偶像，他們須要擔受他們自己的罪罰。他們必須在我的聖地當僕役，照管殿門，在殿中供職；必須為人民宰燔祭牲和別的祭牲，站在人民面前伺候他們。因為這些利未人曾在他們的偶像面前伺候這人民，就成了絆腳物使以色列家陷於罪孽中；故此我舉手起誓論到他們，主永恆主發神諭說，他們須要擔受他們自己的罪罰。他們不可親近我，來給我供祭司的職分，也不可挨近我的任何聖物、至聖之物；他們乃是須要擔受他們自己的羞辱、和他們所行可厭惡之事的報應。然而我卻要派他們守着殿宇的職守，辦理其一切事務，作其一切當作的工。

『你們要這樣使以色列人和他們的不潔淨隔離，免得他們使我的帳幕、那在他們中間的帳幕、蒙不潔，而他們就因自己的不潔淨而死亡。』
