督者當無間然、惟一其妻、謹慎廉節、守己以正、柔遠人、善施教、不酗不競、非義之利勿取、必寛裕溫良、務絕貪婪、

爾瞽而相者、其有禍乎、每曰、人指殿而誓、則無事、惟指殿內之金而誓、則當償之、爾愚且瞽、金與殿、孰大乎、亦金以殿聖耳、

爾愚且瞽、禮物與壇、孰大乎、禮物以壇聖耳、

會督必無間然、為上帝家宰、不偏執、不易怒、勿酗、勿競、非義之利勿取、

會以外、督宜有令聞、恐遭擯斥、而罹魔鬼之網、

民之戍卒、目眯不明、守夜之犬、喑不能吠、或偃卧、或假寐。
