“ You must obey all my decrees.“ Do not mate two different kinds of animals. Do not plant your field with two different kinds of seed. Do not wear clothing woven from two different kinds of thread.

“ You are to keep my statutes. Do not crossbreed two different kinds of your livestock, sow your fields with two kinds of seed, or put on a garment made of two kinds of material.

“没有人用新布缝补旧衣，恐怕新布会把旧衣扯破，破洞会更大。也没有人用旧皮囊来盛新酒，否则皮囊会胀破，酒也漏了，皮囊也毁了。人们总是把新酒装在新皮囊里，以便两样都能保住。”

押沙龙碰巧遇见大卫的部下。他骑着骡子逃走，骡子从一棵大橡树的茂密枝条下经过，押沙龙的头发被树枝缠住，整个人吊在半空中，胯下的骡子也跑了。

押沙龙的仆人就照命令把暗嫩杀了。王的众子都起来骑上骡子逃走了。

所以那些信上帝的人必和有信心的亚伯拉罕一同得到祝福。凡以遵行律法为本的人都在咒诅之下，因为圣经上说：“凡不遵行律法书上一切命令的人必受咒诅。”非常明显，没有人能靠遵行律法在上帝面前被称为义人，因为圣经上说：“义人必靠信心而活。”
