不可徇私枉法，不可偏袒穷人，不可谄媚权贵之人，要秉公审判。

“ Do not twist justice in legal matters by favoring the poor or being partial to the rich and powerful. Always judge people fairly.

不可偏私，不分贵贱，不惧情面，因为判决来自上帝。如果案件太难，可以交给我处理。

以下也是智者的箴言：判案时偏袒实为不善。

在称重和度量时，不可骗人。

不可徇私枉法、偏心待人，收受贿赂，因为贿赂能蒙蔽智者的眼睛，使正直人颠倒是非。

“不可在诉讼案中冤枉穷人。不可诬告别人，不可杀害正直无辜的人，因为我必惩罚作恶之人。不可收受贿赂，因为贿赂蒙蔽人的眼目，使人颠倒是非。

不可随众行恶。在法庭作证时不可附和多数人，颠倒是非。在诉讼的事上不可偏袒穷人。

说：“你们不秉公行义，偏袒恶人要到何时呢？（细拉）

你们反倒侮辱穷人。其实欺压你们、抓你们上法庭的不是那些富人吗？不正是他们亵渎你们所敬奉的尊名吗？如果你们能切实行出圣经中“要爱邻如己”这条至尊的律法，就好了。如果你们偏待人，嫌贫爱富，便是犯罪，律法要将你们定罪。

‘不公正地对待寄居者和孤儿寡妇的必受咒诅！’全体民众要回答说，‘阿们！’

“你们做买卖时，口袋里不可有一大一小两种砝码，家里也不可用一大一小两种量器。你们必须诚实无欺，使用同样的砝码和量器，以便在你们的上帝耶和华要赐给你们的土地上得享长寿。因为你们的上帝耶和华憎恶行事诡诈的人。

袒护恶人、冤枉义人都为不善。

对他们说：“你们办事必须谨慎，因为你们不是为人而是为耶和华断案，你们断案的时候，耶和华必与你们同在。现在你们应当敬畏耶和华，谨慎办事，因为我们的上帝耶和华毫无不义，不偏待人，不受贿赂。”

此外，要在百姓当中挑选一些敬畏上帝、有才干、诚实、正直、憎恶不义之财的人，派他们做千夫长、百夫长、五十夫长和十夫长，管理百姓。
