“ Blood guilt will be accounted to any man from the house of Israel who slaughters an ox or a lamb or a goat inside the camp or outside the camp,

以色列族凡宰牛羊與羔、無論營內營外、

凡爾有眾、宰牛羊與羔、無論營內營外、

凡以色列族中之人、宰牛、或宰綿羊山羊、無論宰於營內營外、

Any Israelite who sacrifices an ox, a lamb or a goat in the camp or outside of it

“ Suppose someone sacrifices an ox, a lamb or a goat. They sacrifice it in the camp or outside of it.

If any one of the house of Israel kills an ox or a lamb or a goat in the camp, or kills it outside the camp,

“ If any native Israelite sacrifices a bull or a lamb or a goat anywhere inside or outside the camp

Anyone from the house of Israel who slaughters an ox, sheep, or goat in the camp, or slaughters it outside the camp,

“ Anyone from the house of Israel who slaughters an ox, a lamb, or a goat in the camp, or slaughters it outside the camp,

“ Whatever man of the house of Israel who kills an ox or lamb or goat in the camp, or who kills it outside the camp,

What man soever there be of the house of Israel, that killeth an ox, or lamb, or goat, in the camp, or that killeth it without the camp,

Anyone from the house of Israel who slaughters an ox, sheep, or goat in the camp, or slaughters it outside the camp,

What man soever[ there be] of the house of Israel, that killeth an ox, or lamb, or goat, in the camp, or that killeth[ it] out of the camp,

Whatever man there is of the house of Israel who kills a bull, or lamb, or goat in the camp, or who kills it outside the camp,

Then you must come to the place the LORD your God chooses for his name to reside, bringing everything I am commanding you– your burnt offerings, sacrifices, tithes, the personal offerings you have prepared, and all your choice votive offerings which you devote to him.You shall rejoice in the presence of the LORD your God, along with your sons, daughters, male and female servants, and the Levites in your villages( since they have no allotment or inheritance with you).Make sure you do not offer burnt offerings in any place you wish,for you may do so only in the place the LORD chooses in one of your tribal areas– there you may do everything I am commanding you.On the other hand, you may slaughter and eat meat as you please when the LORD your God blesses you in all your villages. Both the ritually pure and impure may eat it, whether it is a gazelle or an ibex.

Therefore, I have said to the Israelites: No person among you is to eat blood, and no resident foreigner who lives among you is to eat blood.“‘ Any man from the Israelites or from the foreigners who reside in their midst who hunts a wild animal or a bird that may be eaten must pour out its blood and cover it with soil,

Only the holy things and votive offerings that belong to you, you must pick up and take to the place the LORD will choose.You must offer your burnt offerings, both meat and blood, on the altar of the LORD your God; the blood of your other sacrifices you must pour out on his altar while you eat the meat.

“ You are to say to them:‘ Any man from the house of Israel or from the foreigners who reside in their midst, who offers a burnt offering or a sacrifice

“‘ Any person who eats an animal that has died of natural causes or an animal torn by beasts, whether a native citizen or a foreigner, must wash his clothes, bathe in water, and be unclean until evening; then he becomes clean.

When the LORD your God extends your borders as he said he would do and you say,“ I want to eat meat just as I please,” you may do so as you wish.If the place he chooses to locate his name is too far for you, you may slaughter any of your herd and flock he has given you just as I have stipulated; you may eat them in your villages just as you wish.Like you eat the gazelle or ibex, so you may eat these; the ritually impure and pure alike may eat them.

But you must seek only the place he chooses from all your tribes to establish his name as his place of residence, and you must go there.And there you must take your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tithes, the personal offerings you have prepared, your votive offerings, your freewill offerings, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks.Both you and your families must feast there before the LORD your God and rejoice in all the output of your labor with which he has blessed you.
