「任何以色列人或寄居在以色列人中間的外族人若吃血，耶和華必嚴懲，把他從民中剷除。

“凡以色列家中的人，或是寄居在他们中间的外人，若吃什么血，我必向那吃血的人变脸，把他从民中剪除。

“凡以色列家中的任何人，或寄居在他们中间的外人，吃任何的血，我必向那吃血的人变脸，把他从百姓中剪除。

『凡屬以色列家的人、或是你們中間寄居的外僑、喫任何血、我總要向那喫血的人板着臉，把他從他的族人中剪除掉。

凡以色列族、及旅於其中者、苟食血、我必敵之、絕於民中、

凡爾有眾、及旅於爾者、苟食血、我必罰之、絕於民中。

凡以色列族中之人、或寄居其中之外邦客旅、若食血、我必震怒、罰其人滅絕於民中、

“‘ I will set my face against any Israelite or any foreigner residing among them who eats blood, and I will cut them off from the people.

“‘ Suppose someone eats meat that still has blood in it. It does not matter whether they are an Israelite or an outsider. I will turn against them if they eat it. I will separate them from their people.

“ If any one of the house of Israel or of the strangers who sojourn among them eats any blood, I will set my face against that person who eats blood and will cut him off from among his people.

“ And if any native Israelite or foreigner living among you eats or drinks blood in any form, I will turn against that person and cut him off from the community of your people,

“ Anyone from the house of Israel or from the aliens who reside among them who eats any blood, I will turn against that person who eats blood and cut him off from his people.

‘ And anyone from the house of Israel, or from the strangers who reside among them, who eats any blood, I will set My face against that person who eats the blood, and will cut him off from among his people.

‘ And whatever man of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who dwell among you, who eats any blood, I will set My face against that person who eats blood, and will cut him off from among his people.

And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among them, that eateth any manner of blood, I will set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people.

“ Anyone from the house of Israel or from the foreigners who live among them who eats any blood, I will turn against that person who eats blood and cut him off from his people.

And whatsoever man[ there be] of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people.

“‘ Any man from the house of Israel or from the foreigners who reside in their midst who eats any blood, I will set my face against that person who eats the blood, and I will cut him off from the midst of his people,

“‘ Any man of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who eats any kind of blood, I will set my face against that soul who eats blood, and will cut him off from among his people.

你們無論住在哪裡，都不可吃脂肪和血，這是你們世代永遠要遵守的條例。」

有人告訴掃羅，說：「眾人吃了帶血的肉，得罪耶和華了。」掃羅說：「你們犯罪了！現在把一塊大石頭滾到我這裡來，

「『因此，看啊，我必嚴懲你們，毀滅整個猶大。這是以色列的上帝——萬軍之耶和華說的。

只是你們不可吃帶血的肉，因為血就是生命。

但你們不可吃血，因為血就是生命；你們不可把生命和肉一起吃，

你們無論住在哪裡，都不可吃鳥和獸的血。凡吃血的，要將他從民中剷除。」

但你們不可吃血。要把血倒在地上，像倒水一樣。

我必嚴懲他們。他們縱然火裡逃生，仍要被火燒滅。我嚴懲他們的時候，他們便知道我是耶和華。

耶和華嚴懲作惡之人，從世上剷除他們。

我要嚴懲你們，使你們敗在敵人手下；你們要被那些恨你們的人統治，即使沒有人追趕，你們也要逃命。

因為生命在血中，耶和華把血賜給你們，使你們可以用血在祭壇上為自己贖罪。血可以為人的生命贖罪。

我必嚴懲他，使他成為眾人的鑒戒和笑柄。我必將他從我的子民中剷除。這樣，你們就知道我是耶和華。

你們獻上食物、脂肪和血的同時，竟將那些身心未受割禮的外族人領進我的聖所，褻瀆我的殿，破壞我的約，使你們罪上加罪。

「不可吃帶血的肉，不可占卜或行巫術。

但不可吃牠們的血，要把血倒在地上，像倒水一樣。

但你要告訴他們，主耶和華這樣說，『你們吃帶血的肉，仰賴偶像，又殺人流血，怎能擁有這片土地呢？

我必嚴懲這城，向它降禍不降福。它必落在巴比倫王手中，被付之一炬。這是耶和華說的。』

我們只須寫信吩咐他們遠避被偶像玷污之物，不可淫亂，不可吃血和勒死的牲畜。

我也必嚴懲那人，將他從民中剷除。因為他把子女獻給摩洛，玷污我的聖所，褻瀆我的聖名。如果那地方的人對此置之不理，沒有處死那人，我必嚴懲那人一家，從民中剷除他和那些追隨他與摩洛苟合的人。如果有人求問靈媒或巫師，與他們苟合，我必嚴懲，將他從民中剷除。

更何況人踐踏上帝的兒子，輕看那使人聖潔的立約之血，又藐視賜人恩典的聖靈？這等人該受多麼重的刑罰啊！

要遠避祭拜偶像的事，不可吃血，不可吃勒死的牲畜，不可淫亂。你們一一遵守這些事就好了。祝平安！」
