Now they grope through the streets as if they were blind. They are so defiled with blood that no one dares to touch their garments.

Now those prophets and priests have to feel their way along the streets as if they were blind. The blood of those they killed has made them“ unclean.” So no one dares to touch their clothes.

爾虐遇貧民、多殺不辜、血染衣裾、毋庸掘地以見、隨處露跡。

爾曹殺人、雖舉手禱告弗輟、我必不俯聞、而遐棄爾。

耶和華必使爾心狂、目瞽、中懷駭異。雖至日中、如處幽暗、遍捫不見、與瞽無異、爾凡所為、不獲亨通、恆被人虐取強據、不蒙拯救。

在野有見殺者、或自斃之尸、或人骨、或荒塚、凡捫之者、必蒙不潔、迨七日乃免。

民之戍卒、目眯不明、守夜之犬、喑不能吠、或偃卧、或假寐。

爾必遭昏夜、不睹光明、不見異象、不能占驗、日必沉西、晝變晦冥、以罰偽先知焉、先見者抱愧、占卜者蒙羞、上帝不應獨祈、行皆掩口、

如殺人命、則污衊斯土、殺人者未償命、則污仍不去、

姑聽之、彼乃瞽相瞽者、以瞽相瞽、二者互陷於坑矣、

心思蒙昧、頑囂無知、棄上帝生命之道、

蓋耶和華使爾閉目酣睡、民長先知、均蔽厥心、我傳默示、若已緘之函、使識文字者讀之、彼必曰、緘封之書、其何能讀、使不識文字者讀之、彼必曰我弗識也。

故上帝不伸我冤、不拯我躬、我望光明、忽致幽暗、我望日中、偏值晦冥。徧捫不見、無異瞽者、捫壁而行、雖在日中、亦顛其趾、無異昏暮、雖得福田、不能安享、無異死亡之輩。我大吼若熊、哀鳴若鳩、望伸冤而不得、冀援手其無人。

彼妄發誓詞、專事誑言、淫人妻室、奪人貨財、殺戮人民、流血四境、
