你渾身是怒氣，追趕我們；你施行殺戮，並不顧惜。

以後，我要將猶大王西底家和他的臣僕百姓，就是在城內，從瘟疫、刀劍、饑荒中倖存的人，都交在巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒手中，交在仇敵和尋索其命的人手中。巴比倫王必用刀擊殺他們，不顧惜，不同情，不憐憫。這是耶和華說的。』

因為我們爭戰的兵器本不是屬血氣的，而是憑着神的能力，能夠攻破堅固的營壘。我們攻破各樣的計謀，

主耶和華說：我指着我的永生起誓，因你用一切可憎之物、可厭的事玷污我的聖所，所以，我要把你剃光，我的眼必不顧惜你，也不可憐你。

你們要上去毀壞它的葡萄園，但不可毀壞淨盡，只可除掉其枝子，因為不屬耶和華。

除滅你國中的城鎮，拆毀你一切的堡壘；除掉你手中的邪術，你那裏也不再有占卜的人。

我向我的百姓發怒，使我的產業受凌辱，將他們交在你手中；然而你毫不憐憫他們，連老年人你也加極重的軛。
