審判眾人、責諸不虔之罪人、為其所作不虔之事、亦為其謗言讟主、

將審判普天生靈、而處諸悖逆之罪、且按其平生之惡業謗讟、而施刑焉。』

to judge everyone, and to convict all of them of all the ungodly acts they have committed in their ungodliness, and of all the defiant words ungodly sinners have spoken against him.”

He is coming to judge everyone. He is coming to sentence all of them. He will judge them for all the ungodly acts they have done. They have done them in ungodly ways. He will sentence ungodly sinners for all the things they have said to oppose him.”

Don’t keep speaking so arrogantly, letting proud talk come out of your mouth! For the LORD is a God who knows; he evaluates what people do.

They spew out threats and speak defiantly; all the evildoers boast.

“ Then the king will do as he pleases. He will exalt and magnify himself above every deity and he will utter presumptuous things against the God of gods. He will succeed until the time of wrath is completed, for what has been decreed must occur.

But you who eat vegetables only– why do you judge your brother or sister? And you who eat everything– why do you despise your brother or sister? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God.

But God will judge those outside. Remove the evil person from among you.

May lying lips be silenced– lips that speak defiantly against the innocent with arrogance and contempt!

The one who testifies to these things says,“ Yes, I am coming soon!” Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!

Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world may be held accountable to God.For no one is declared righteous before him by the works of the law, for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.

because he has set a day on which he is going to judge the world in righteousness, by a man whom he designated, having provided proof to everyone by raising him from the dead.”

and he has granted the Son authority to execute judgment, because he is the Son of Man.

and if he turned to ashes the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah when he condemned them to destruction, having appointed them to serve as an example to future generations of the ungodly,and if he rescued Lot, a righteous man in anguish over the debauched lifestyle of lawless men,( for while he lived among them day after day, that righteous man was tormented in his righteous soul by the lawless deeds he saw and heard)– if so, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from their trials, and to reserve the unrighteous for punishment at the day of judgment,

“ You have criticized me sharply,” says the LORD,“ but you ask,‘ How have we criticized you?’You have said,‘ It is useless to serve God. How have we been helped by keeping his requirements and going about like mourners before the LORD who rules over all?So now we consider the arrogant to be happy; indeed, those who practice evil are successful. In fact, those who challenge God escape!’”

before the LORD! For he comes to judge the earth! He judges the world fairly, and the nations in a just manner.

For this reason I tell you, people will be forgiven for every sin and blasphemy, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven. But whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.“ Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is known by its fruit.Offspring of vipers! How are you able to say anything good, since you are evil? For the mouth speaks from what fills the heart.The good person brings good things out of his good treasury, and the evil person brings evil things out of his evil treasury.I tell you that on the day of judgment, people will give an account for every worthless word they speak.For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

Rejoice, young man, while you are young, and let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth. Follow the impulses of your heart and the desires of your eyes, but know that God will judge your motives and actions.

He will vindicate you in broad daylight, and publicly defend your just cause.

El, God, the LORD speaks, and summons the earth to come from the east and west.From Zion, the most beautiful of all places, God comes in splendor.Our God approaches and is not silent; consuming fire goes ahead of him and all around him a storm rages.He summons the heavens above, as well as the earth, so that he might judge his people.He says:“ Assemble my covenant people before me, those who ratified a covenant with me by sacrifice!”The heavens declare his fairness, for God is judge.( Selah)

realizing that law is not intended for a righteous person, but for lawless and rebellious people, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers,

Furthermore, the Father does not judge anyone, but has assigned all judgment to the Son,so that all people will honor the Son just as they honor the Father. The one who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him.

and execute the judgment to which their enemies have been sentenced. All his loyal followers will be vindicated. Praise the LORD!

on the day when God will judge the secrets of human hearts, according to my gospel through Christ Jesus.

Then I saw another beast coming up from the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, but was speaking like a dragon.

So then, do not judge anything before the time. Wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the motives of hearts. Then each will receive recognition from God.

But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath for yourselves in the day of wrath, when God’s righteous judgment is revealed!

I also wanted to know the meaning of the ten horns on its head, and of that other horn which came up and before which three others fell. This was the horn that had eyes and a mouth speaking arrogant things, whose appearance was more formidable than the others.

They speak as if they rule in heaven, and lay claim to the earth.

Moses said,“ You will know this when the LORD gives you meat to eat in the evening and bread in the morning to satisfy you, because the LORD has heard your murmurings that you are murmuring against him. As for us, what are we? Your murmurings are not against us, but against the LORD.”

But the LORD rules forever; he reigns in a just manner.He judges the world fairly; he makes just legal decisions for the nations.

this is what the LORD says about him:“ The virgin daughter Zion despises you– she makes fun of you; daughter Jerusalem shakes her head after you.Whom have you taunted and hurled insults at? At whom have you shouted and looked so arrogantly? At the Holy One of Israel!Through your messengers you taunted the sovereign master,‘ With my many chariots I climbed up the high mountains, the slopes of Lebanon. I cut down its tall cedars and its best evergreens. I invaded its most remote regions, its thickest woods.I dug wells and drank water. With the soles of my feet I dried up all the rivers of Egypt.’Certainly you must have heard! Long ago I worked it out, in ancient times I planned it, and now I am bringing it to pass. The plan is this: Fortified cities will crash into heaps of ruins.Their residents are powerless; they are terrified and ashamed. They are as short-lived as plants in the field or green vegetation. They are as short-lived as grass on the rooftops when it is scorched by the east wind.I know where you live and everything you do and how you rage against me.Because you rage against me and the uproar you create has reached my ears, I will put my hook in your nose, and my bridle between your lips, and I will lead you back the way you came.”“ This will be your reminder that I have spoken the truth: This year you will eat what grows wild, and next year what grows on its own. But the year after that you will plant seed and harvest crops; you will plant vines and consume their produce.Those who remain in Judah will take root in the ground and bear fruit.“ For a remnant will leave Jerusalem; survivors will come out of Mount Zion. The intense devotion of the LORD who commands armies will accomplish this.So this is what the LORD says about the king of Assyria:‘ He will not enter this city, nor will he shoot an arrow here. He will not attack it with his shielded warriors, nor will he build siege works against it.He will go back the way he came– he will not enter this city,’ says the LORD.I will shield this city and rescue it for the sake of my reputation and because of my promise to David my servant.”’”The LORD’s messenger went out and killed 185,000 troops in the Assyrian camp. When they got up early the next morning, there were all the corpses!

The beast was given a mouth speaking proud words and blasphemies, and he was permitted to exercise ruling authority for forty- two months.So the beast opened his mouth to blaspheme against God– to blaspheme both his name and his dwelling place, that is, those who dwell in heaven.

For God will evaluate every deed, including every secret thing, whether good or evil.

These people are grumblers and fault- finders who go wherever their desires lead them, and they give bombastic speeches, enchanting folks for their own gain.
