禍哉斯人也、以其行該隱之途、且為利而趨巴蘭之謬、淪亡於可拉之違言、

彼行該隱之途、以其貪利、故謬則從巴蘭、逆則效哥喇、烏能弗敗、

彼眾禍矣、因行該隱之途、為利而從巴蘭之謬、效哥拉之逆、皆必淪亡、

哀哉此輩、既追踵該因、步其後塵；且以利忘身、而流入巴賴之歧途；又不惜與可拉並肩作亂、而自取滅亡也。

Woe to them! They have taken the way of Cain; they have rushed for profit into Balaam’s error; they have been destroyed in Korah’s rebellion.

How terrible it will be for them! They have followed the way of Cain. They have rushed into the same mistake Balaam made. They did it because they loved money. They are like Korah. He turned against his leaders. These people will certainly be destroyed, just as Korah was.

Woe to them! For they walked in the way of Cain and abandoned themselves for the sake of gain to Balaam’s error and perished in Korah’s rebellion.

What sorrow awaits them! For they follow in the footsteps of Cain, who killed his brother. Like Balaam, they deceive people for money. And like Korah, they perish in their rebellion.

Woe to them! For they have gone the way of Cain, have plunged into Balaam’s error for profit, and have perished in Korah’s rebellion.

Woe to them! For they have gone the way of Cain, and for pay they have given themselves up to the error of Balaam, and perished in the rebellion of Korah.

他们离开了正道就被迷惑，随从了比珥的儿子巴兰的路——这巴兰喜爱不义的酬报，

过了一些日子，该隐带来土地的出产，作为供物献给耶和华；至于亚伯，他带来了自己羊群中最好的头生羊。耶和华看重了亚伯和他的供物，却没有看重该隐和他的供物。该隐就极其恼火，他的脸沉了下来。耶和华对该隐说：“你为什么恼火呢？你的脸为什么沉下来呢——如果你做得好，能不蒙悦纳吗？如果你做得不好，罪就伏在门口了；它必恋慕你，而你要管辖它。”该隐与他的弟弟亚伯说话。他们在田野的时候，该隐就起来攻击他的弟弟亚伯，把他杀了。耶和华对该隐说：“你弟弟亚伯在哪里呢？”他说：“我不知道。难道我是看守我兄弟的吗？”耶和华说：“你做了什么呢？你弟弟的血从地里发声向我呼叫。地张开了口，从你的手中接受了你弟弟的血，所以你现在要从这地受诅咒：你耕地，地却不再给你效力；你在大地上必成为漂泊、流荡的人。”该隐对耶和华说：“对我的惩罚太重，超过我所能承担的。看哪，今天你从这地驱逐我，以致我要躲避你的面，在大地上成为漂泊、流荡的人，任何找到我的人，都会杀我！”

然而，我有几件事要责备你，就是在你那里有些人持守巴兰的教导。这巴兰曾教唆巴勒把绊脚石放在以色列子民面前，就是使他们吃祭过偶像的食物，并且行淫乱。

他们脸上的表情证实自己的不是；他们像所多玛那样公然显露自己的罪；他们毫不隐藏。他们有祸了，因为他们为自己招来了灾祸。

因着信，亚伯向神献上的祭物比该隐所献的更好，就藉着信受到了赞许成为义人，因为神赞许他的礼物。他虽然死了，但藉着信仍然说话。

恶人却有祸了，他们必遭灾难，因为他们手所做的必回报在自己身上。

“你们法利赛人有祸了！因为你们奉献薄荷、芸香和各种蔬菜的十分之一，却废弃了公义和属神的爱。这些事是你们应该做的，至于前者也不可忽略。“你们法利赛人有祸了！因为你们喜爱会堂里的首位，喜爱街市上的致敬问候。“你们有祸了！因为你们好像没有标志的坟墓，人走在上面也不知道。”有一个律法师对耶稣说：“老师，你说这些话，把我们也侮辱了。”耶稣说：“你们这些律法师也有祸了！因为你们使人背负难挑的重担，但自己却连一根指头也不肯碰它们一下。“你们有祸了！因为你们建造先知的坟墓，而你们的祖先是杀害他们的。

“哥拉汛哪，你有祸了！伯赛达呀，你有祸了！因为在你们当中行过的神迹，如果行在提尔和西顿，那里的人早就会披麻蒙灰悔改了。

“经文士和法利赛人哪，你们这些伪善的人有祸了！因为你们在人的面前封闭了天国。你们自己不进去，也不让正要进的人进去。
