原來約但河水在收割的日子總是漲滿河岸的。當下抬櫃的人來到約但河；抬櫃的祭司的腳一蘸在水邊，

時值收穫、約但水溢於岸、舁約匱之祭司至河、足濡於水、

時、正收穫之日、約但水漲溢岸外、舁匱之祭司、至約但、足方入水、

Now the Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest. Yet as soon as the priests who carried the ark reached the Jordan and their feet touched the water’s edge,

The water of the Jordan was going over its banks. It always does that at the time the crops are being gathered. The priests came to the river. Their feet touched the water’s edge.

and as soon as those bearing the ark had come as far as the Jordan, and the feet of the priests bearing the ark were dipped in the brink of the water( now the Jordan overflows all its banks throughout the time of harvest),

It was the harvest season, and the Jordan was overflowing its banks. But as soon as the feet of the priests who were carrying the Ark touched the water at the river’s edge,

Now the Jordan overflows its banks throughout the harvest season. But as soon as the priests carrying the ark reached the Jordan, their feet touched the water at its edge

and when those who were carrying the ark came up to the Jordan and the feet of the priests carrying the ark stepped down into the edge of the water( for the Jordan overflows all its banks all the days of harvest),

and as those who bore the ark came to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who bore the ark dipped in the edge of the water( for the Jordan overflows all its banks during the whole time of harvest),

and when they that bare the ark were come unto the Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brink of the water( for the Jordan overfloweth all its banks all the time of harvest),

Now the Jordan overflows its banks throughout the harvest season. But as soon as the priests carrying the ark reached the Jordan, their feet touched the water at its edge

And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water,( for Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest,)

When the ones carrying the ark reached the Jordan and the feet of the priests carrying the ark touched the surface of the water–( the Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest time)–

and when those who bore the ark had come to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who bore the ark had dipped in the edge of the water( for the Jordan overflows all its banks all the time of harvest),

在正月，约旦河水涨过两岸的时候，这些人过了河，使全平原的人都东奔西逃。

耶和华说：“如果你与徒步的人同跑，尚且觉得疲倦，怎能跟马赛跑呢？你在平安稳妥之地，尚且跌倒，在约旦河边的丛林怎么办呢？

看哪！狮子怎样从约旦河边的丛林走上来，攻击常绿的牧场，照样，我必在眨眼之间把以东赶走，使它离开这地；谁蒙拣选，我就派谁治理这地。谁能和我相比呢？谁可以把我传来审讯呢？哪一个牧人能在我面前站立得住呢？”

抬耶和华约柜的祭司从约旦河中间上来的时候，祭司的脚掌一提起来踏在干地上，约旦河的水就流回原处，像以前一样涨过两岸。

抬全地之主耶和华约柜的祭司的脚掌一踏进约旦河水里，约旦河的水必被截断，那从上游流下来的水必立起成垒。”

它要被脚践踏，就是困苦人的脚和贫穷人的脚。

“你要守亚笔月，向耶和华你的神守逾越节，因为耶和华你的神在亚笔月的一个晚上，把你从埃及地领出来。你要在耶和华选择立为他名的居所的地方，把羊和牛作逾越节的祭牲献给耶和华你的神。你吃这祭的时候，不可和有酵的饼一同吃；七日之内，你要吃无酵饼，就是困苦饼，因为你是急急忙忙从埃及地出来的，好使你一生的年日都可以记念你从埃及地出来的日子。七天之内，在你的全境不可见有酵。第一天晚上你献的祭肉，一点也不可剩下，留到早晨。你不能在耶和华你的神赐给你的任何一座城里，宰杀逾越节的祭牲；只能在耶和华你的神选择作他名的居所的地方，晚上日落的时候，就是你出埃及的时刻，宰杀逾越节的祭牲；你要在耶和华你的神选择的地方，把祭肉煮了吃；到了早晨，你才可以回到家里去。六日之内你要吃无酵饼；到了第七日，要向耶和华你的神守圣会；什么工都不可作。“你要计算七个七日，从开镰收割禾稼的时候算起，共计七个七日。

以色列人在吉甲安营；正月十四日晚上，他们在耶利哥的平原守逾越节。逾越节后次日，他们吃了那地的出产；就在那一天，吃了无酵饼和烘的谷物。他们吃了那地的出产之后，第二天吗哪就停止降下；以色列人不再有吗哪了；那一年他们却吃迦南地的出产。

“你要告诉以色列人，对他们说：你们到了我赐给你们的地，收割庄稼的时候，要把初熟庄稼的一捆带到祭司那里。他要在耶和华面前摇禾捆，在安息日的次日把它摇一摇，使你们蒙悦纳。你们摇禾捆的时候，要把一只一岁、没有瑕疵的公绵羊作燔祭献给耶和华。同献的素祭，是调油的细面两公斤，献给耶和华作馨香的火祭；同献的奠祭，是一公斤酒。无论是饼，是烘过的谷粒，或是新穗子，你们都不可吃，直等到你们把神的供物带来的那天，才可以吃；这要在你们的一切住处，作世世代代永远的律例。“你们要从安息日的次日，把禾捆带来作摇祭那日起，计算整整七个星期；到第七个星期的次日，共计五十天；那天你们要献新的素祭给耶和华。
