你的城門必常常開，日夜都不關閉，使人把列國的財富帶來歸你，他們的君王也都被引導而來。

在河這邊和那邊的岸上，都必有各種果樹生長，可作食物，樹上的葉子不枯乾，果子也不斷絕。每月必結出新果子，因為樹所需的水是從聖所裡流出來的。樹上的果子可作食物，葉子可以治病。”

到那些日子，那時候，人要尋查以色列的罪孽，卻無所發現；要查究猶大的罪惡，卻一無所見；因為我必赦免我留下的那些人。”這是耶和華的宣告。

所以在安息日的前一天，黃昏的陰影臨到耶路撒冷城門的時候，我就吩咐人把城門關閉；我又下令不許開門，直到安息日過了，我又派我的僕人在城門站崗，免得有人在安息日挑擔子進來。

然後，他帶我回到聖殿的門口。有水正從殿的門檻往下流出來，向東流去，因為聖殿是朝東的。這水從殿的右邊，從祭壇的南邊下面流出來。他又帶我從北門出來，再領我從外面繞到朝東的外門。有水正從右邊流出來。

城門白天決不關閉。在那裡並沒有黑夜。

但是神的誠實，如果因我的虛謊而更加顯出他的榮耀來，為甚麼我還要像罪人一樣受審判呢？為甚麼不說：“我們去作惡以成善吧！”（有人毀謗我們，說我們講過這話。）這種人被定罪是理所當然的。
