約雅斤被擄之十一年、正月朔耶和華諭我曰、人子、昔耶路撒冷遭難之日、推羅之人譏之、曰、吁哉、民出入之所、其邑已破、民必歸余、皆屬我矣。故主耶和華曰、我必罰推羅、使列邦攻之、若海水泛濫、傾推羅城垣、毀其戍樓、散其塵埃、使為光潔之磐。巋然峙於海中、為張網之所、所有貨財、為民攘奪、我耶和華已言之矣、推羅屬邑、在平原者、必亡於刃、俾知我乃耶和華。主耶和華曰、我必使諸王之王、巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、來自北方、簡其車馬、率其軍旅、以攻推羅、平原屬邑、必亡以刃、築壘建營、多置干戈、攻推羅城、以槌破城垣、以斧斫戍樓。城垣既破、邑門既啟、敵人驟入、萬馬奔騰、塵埃蔽邑、乘者號呼、車輪轟轟、宮室震動。維彼逵衢、遭馬足之蹂躪、維彼人民、攖鋒刃而殺戮、雖地利險峻、亦無不破。敵攘貨財、毀華宮、破壁垣、木石塵土、俱投水中、謳歌必息、琴瑟不聞、我使之然、惟留磐巔、張網之所、厥後不復建城於此、我耶和華已言之矣。主耶和華告推羅曰、爾之城垣傾圮、被傷者號呼、居民見殺、洲島聞之、豈不震動。海濱君王、將下其位、解其麗服、去其繡裳、戰慄危懼、坐於塗炭、眾作哀歌云、有名之邑、在彼海中、素稱鞏固、舟楫薈萃之所、鄰邦無不惕伏、今已傾圮、海島之民、見爾傾頹、歸於烏有、靡不震驚。主耶和華曰、我使爾邑荒蕪、無人居處、使海水漲溢淹爾、我使爾居民、俱落深淵、歸於幽邈、陷於地下、無異久葬之人、斯後我使福邦復興、爾邑無人居處、我使爾邑歸於烏有、雖索之而莫得、凡見爾若此、必致恐懼、我耶和華已言之矣。

拉吉人與迦特之摩哩沙人絕和好、若人出妻、與以離書、亞革悉家將欺以色列王、

復妊生子、命名示拉、時猶大居於基悉。

以賽亞以推羅之事、得之默示者、述於左、推羅喪敗、宅第全墟、關梁已毀、大失群舟、泊於基底、聞之哭泣不已。昔西頓商賈、航海而來、載厥貨財、藏於推羅洲島、今其地之民、震慴不勝。夫推羅本為輻湊之區、西曷河畔之民、載穀而至、推羅之城、築於海中、自謂生齒繁衍、若母之育子女、今則無矣、西頓之民、聞言無不愧恧。埃及人聞推羅遘災、為之傷感靡窮、洲島居民、哀聲慘戚、遷於大失。自古以來、推羅之民、歡愉悅懌、今則遷徙遠方。推羅商賈、尊同牧伯、封人為君、今遘患難、孰定斯命。萬有之主耶和華已定命焉、變榮為辱、降尊為卑、大失居民、遨遊於四方、如河水四溢、推羅人不復挾制爾矣。耶和華舉手撼瀕海之國、頒詔墮迦南之城、曰、西頓人見敗、若處子被玷、不復忻喜、雖往基底、不獲安居、昔迦勒底未建國時、其民為野民、亞述人使之雜處、今築崇臺、毀推羅之宮殿、悉為瓦礫。推羅之城、夙稱鞏固、今城已亡、大失舟子、無不號泣。當是時、推羅為巴比倫之王統轄、人不復念及者七十年、既逾其期、推羅人必將歡樂、若妓之謳歌。歌曰、推羅之人、昔為人所遺忘者、必鼓瑟鼓琴、若優若妓、逍遙城闥、反復謳吟、使人追憶。既越七十年、耶和華將赦宥推羅、推羅人復圖厥利、與天下列國、貿易相通。維彼貨財、不藏於室、獻於耶和華、崇事耶和華之人、必獲其利、飲食甘旨、衣服麗都。
