故凡聞我此言而行之者、我譬之智人、建屋於磐上、

爾當行道、不第聞道、毋自欺、蓋聞道而不行者、譬諸人以鏡觀己之本來面目、既觀而往、即忘其形容如何、惟詳察全備之律法、即使人自由之律法、而常守之、非聞而即忘、乃遵而行之者、此人於其所行之事福矣、

我以主言藏在我心、以免獲罪於主、

主之律法、我甚喜悅、惟此律法終日思念、

不從惡人之計謀、不登罪人之道途、不坐褻慢人之座位、惟喜悅主之律法、晝夜思維、似此之人、即為有福、彼如樹木、植於溪旁、臨時結果、其葉不枯、所為之事、無不亨通、

爾必以我此言藏於心、存於意、繫於臂為記、戴於額為飾、誨爾子女、或坐於室、或行於路、或寢或興、恆以此為訓、恆以此為訓或作俱當講論

凡稱我曰、主也、主也者、未必盡得入天國、惟遵我天父之旨者、方得入焉、

我子、爾若聽受我言、以我誡命存記於心、傾耳聽智慧言、專心求明哲、呼求明理、聲言欲得明哲、索之若銀、尋之若寶、則爾必明敬畏主之理、必獲知天主之道、

善人之口出智慧、其舌乃說公平、主之律法、在其心中、其足不至顛蹶、

惟當強爾心、壯爾志、謹守遵行、我僕摩西所命爾之全律法、不偏於左、不偏於右、使爾無論何為、何為原文作何往無不明哲、或作無不利達

爾若知此而行、則有福矣、

蓋其言與爾甚近、在爾口、在爾心、使爾可行、○

願其常存此心畏我、恆守我諸誡命、則可與子孫永遠得福、

善人由心所積之善而發善、惡人由心所積之惡而發惡、

以色列眾咸至、覲主爾之天主在其所選之處、當誦此律法在以色列眾前、使其聞之、

教之守凡我所命爾者、且我常偕爾、至於世末、阿們、

我便有言以答毀謗我之人、因我仰賴主之言語、求主使真實之言終不離我口、因我仰望主之判斷、

我之通達勝於諸師、因我思念主之法度、

主曰、我所賦爾之神、所傳於爾口之言、必使之不離爾口、與爾子孫之口、及爾後裔之口、自今直至永遠、此我與斯民所立之約、此乃主所言、

故主爾之天主所命爾者、爾當謹守遵行、不偏於左、不偏於右、惟行主爾天主所命爾之道、則可保生獲福、亦可長居於爾將得之地、此誡命律例法度、主爾之天主所命我教爾者、爾當遵行於爾所往得以為業之地、使爾與子孫畢生敬畏主爾之天主、守其一切律例誡命、即我所命爾者、致爾壽命綿長、以色列人當聽、此一切爾皆當謹守遵行、如此則可於流乳與蜜之地享福昌熾、如主爾祖之天主所許爾者、

凡穢言勿出爾口、言必善以建德、使聽者獲益、

爾所得之恩賜、即昔依預言在長老按手時所賜爾者、切勿輕忽、爾當念此而專務之、使爾上達、明顯於眾、爾當慎己、亦慎所教、當恆心在此、如是而行、則可自救、亦救聽爾者、

主之公義、我不匿於心中、主之誠信救恩、我必傳揚、主之恩惠真實、我不隱瞞大眾、

守其誡者、有原文抄本作凡洗滌己衣者乃為有福、彼等必得享生命樹之果、亦得由門中入邑、

既登王位、當由祭司利未人所守此律法之書、抄錄一卷、存於其所、畢生誦之、則可知畏其天主耶和華、恪守此律法一切言、遵行此諸律例、
