until the Lord gives them rest, as he has done for you, and until they too have taken possession of the land the Lord your God is giving them. After that, you may go back and occupy your own land, which Moses the servant of the Lord gave you east of the Jordan toward the sunrise.”

until the Lord gives them rest. In the same way, he has already given you rest. You must help them until they also have taken over their land. It’s the land the Lord your God is giving them. After that, you can come back here. Then you can live in your own land. It’s the land that Moses, the servant of the Lord, gave you east of the Jordan River. It’s toward the sunrise.”

until the Lord gives rest to your brothers as he has to you, and they also take possession of the land that the Lord your God is giving them. Then you shall return to the land of your possession and shall possess it, the land that Moses the servant of the Lord gave you beyond the Jordan toward the sunrise.”

不妄為、不圖己利、不遽怒、不念惡、

今主爾之天主、使爾同族獲安、如其所許之者、故爾可歸爾家、家原文作幕下同在約但東、主之僕摩西所予爾為業之地、惟當切實謹恪、遵行主之僕摩西所諭爾之誡命律法、敬愛主爾之天主、從其道、守其誡、親慕之、親慕之或作恆從之盡心盡意奉事之、於是約書亞為之祝福而遣之去、遂歸其家、瑪拿西半支派、摩西賜之以業在巴珊地、尚有半支派、約書亞賜之以業在其同族中、在約但西、約書亞遣之、即二支派人與半支派人歸家時、為之祝福、謂之曰、爾攜貲豐裕、群畜眾多、金銀銅鐵、與衣服極多、往歸爾家、當以所獲之敵財、與爾同族均分、○於是流便人、迦得人、及瑪拿西半支派人、離迦南地之示羅、別以色列人、往歸基列地、即所得為業之地、循主託摩西所命、

勿各顧己事、亦當顧人之事、

倘一肢體受苦、諸肢體同苦、一肢體得榮、諸肢體同樂、

兄弟乎、爾曹蒙召以得自由、然勿以爾之自由、為縱欲之機、惟以愛互相服事、

我儕必持器械、奮勇為以色列人前導、引至其所、我儕之妻與幼稚、可居於堅城、免為斯地之居民擾害、我儕不欲歸家、直待以色列人各得其業、我儕既在約但東得地業、自不欲同彼等得業在約但西、摩西謂之曰、若爾如是行、持器械於主前出戰、爾中所有持器械者、若咸於主前渡約但、待主驅逐其敵、地亦為主所取、然後方歸、則爾在主前、與以色列人前無罪、此地亦可在主前歸爾為業、

我生乃為基督、死則獲益、若我在世、固可增我之功果、然究當何擇、我不知也、我際兩難之間、願逝世而與基督同在、是為愈美、但我在世、更為切要、為爾之故也、我既信此、則知我必仍存、與爾同在以益爾、以增爾之樂與信、我再至爾處、爾因基督所有之樂、爾因基督所有之樂或作爾因基督而誇者可藉我而增、○
