until the Lord gives them rest, as he has done for you, and until they too have taken possession of the land the Lord your God is giving them. After that, you may go back and occupy your own land, which Moses the servant of the Lord gave you east of the Jordan toward the sunrise.”

until the Lord gives them rest. In the same way, he has already given you rest. You must help them until they also have taken over their land. It’s the land the Lord your God is giving them. After that, you can come back here. Then you can live in your own land. It’s the land that Moses, the servant of the Lord, gave you east of the Jordan River. It’s toward the sunrise.”

until the Lord gives rest to your brothers as he has to you, and they also take possession of the land that the Lord your God is giving them. Then you shall return to the land of your possession and shall possess it, the land that Moses the servant of the Lord gave you beyond the Jordan toward the sunrise.”

不妄行、不為己、不暴怒、不念惡、

今爾上帝耶和華踐其前言、使爾兄弟得其綏安、爾可返幕、在約但東、耶和華僕摩西所賜爾為業之地、惟當謹慎、遵行耶和華僕摩西所諭爾之誡命法度、愛爾上帝耶和華、悉從其道、盡守其誡、一心一意附而事之、於是約書亞為之祝嘏、而遣之往、遂歸其幕、○昔摩西在巴珊、給業於瑪拿西半支派、其他半支派、約書亞給之以業於兄弟中、在約但西、遣之歸幕時、為之祝嘏、謂曰、爾攜資財豐裕、牲畜殷繁、金銀銅鐵、衣服孔多、今返爾幕、以爾所獲敵財、分與兄弟、○於是流便人、迦得人、瑪拿西半支派人、別以色列族、離迦南之示羅、歸基列地、即循耶和華藉摩西所命、而據之業、

勿各顧己事、亦宜顧人之事、

如一體苦、百體同苦、一體榮、百體同榮、

兄弟乎、爾蒙召得自由、然勿以自由為形軀之機、惟以愛相供役、

我必備執兵械、為以色列族之先導、攜入其所、惟我幼稚、緣畏斯土之民、必居於堅城、我不旋返、迨以色列族各得其業、我不與彼得業於約但西、因已得之約但東矣、摩西曰、若爾如是而行、執兵為戰於耶和華前、所有軍士濟約但河、迨耶和華驅逐諸敵、俾其地服耶和華、然後旋返、則在耶和華及以色列族前無辜、此地歸爾為業、

蓋我之生即基督、死亦有益、若生於形軀、成我功果、則不知當何擇也、蓋我迫於二者之間、欲歸與基督偕在、是為愈美、但居於形軀、為爾之故為尤要、既深信此、則知我必仍存、且與爾眾同居、致爾進益而樂於道、俾爾緣基督耶穌而誇者、因我而溢、以我復與爾同在也、

宜互相任勞、以盡基督之律、
