He said,“ I called because of my affliction to Yahweh. He answered me. Out of the belly of Sheol I cried. You heard my voice.

说：“我遭遇患难求告耶和华，你就应允我；从阴间的深处呼求，你就俯听我的声音。

说：“我在患难中求告耶和华，他就应允我；我从阴间的深处呼求，你就俯听我的声音。

说：“我在患难中求告耶和华，他就应允我；我从阴间的深处呼求，你就俯听我的声音。

“我遭遇患难的时候向你求告，你就应允我。我在阴间的深处呼求你，你也垂听我的声音。

说：“我从患难中求告耶和华，他就应允我；我从阴间的深府呼求，你就垂听我的声音。

说：“我在患难中向耶和华呼求，你就回应我；我从阴间的深处呼救，你就垂听我的声音。

說：我遭遇患難求告耶和華，你就應允我；從陰間的深處呼求，你就俯聽我的聲音。

說：「我在患難中求告耶和華，他就應允我；我從陰間的深處呼求，你就俯聽我的聲音。

「我遭遇患難的時候向你求告，你就應允我。我在陰間的深處呼求你，你也垂聽我的聲音。

說：“我從患難中求告耶和華，他就應允我；我從陰間的深府呼求，你就垂聽我的聲音。

說：『我從急難中呼求永恆主，你就應了我；我從陰間腹中呼救，你就聽了我的聲音。

說：「我在患難中向耶和華呼求，你就回應我；我從陰間的深處呼救，你就垂聽我的聲音。

曰、我遭患難、籲耶和華、即蒙俞允、我自陰府之腹呼號、爾聽我聲、

我遭患難、呼籲耶和華、蒙爾憶念、余自陰府號呼、望爾垂聽、

曰、我遭患難、呼求主、蒙主應允、我自示阿勒示阿勒有譯黃泉有譯陰府之深處籲禱、主俯聞我聲、

He said:“ In my distress I called to the Lord, and he answered me. From deep in the realm of the dead I called for help, and you listened to my cry.

He said,“ When I was in trouble, I called out to the Lord. And he answered me. When I was deep in the place of the dead, I called out for help. And you listened to my cry.

saying,“ I called out to the Lord, out of my distress, and he answered me; out of the belly of Sheol I cried, and you heard my voice.

He said,“ I cried out to the Lord in my great trouble, and he answered me. I called to you from the land of the dead, and Lord, you heard me!

I called to the LORD in my distress, and he answered me. I cried out for help from deep inside Sheol; you heard my voice.

and he said,“ I called out of my distress to the Lord, And He answered me. I called for help from the depth of Sheol; You heard my voice.

And he said:“ I cried out to the Lord because of my affliction, And He answered me.“ Out of the belly of Sheol I cried, And You heard my voice.

And he said, I called by reason of mine affliction unto Jehovah, And he answered me; Out of the belly of Sheol cried I, And thou heardest my voice.

I called to the Lord in my distress, and He answered me. I cried out for help in the belly of Sheol; You heard my voice.

And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I,[ and] thou heardest my voice.

and said,“ I called out to the LORD from my distress, and he answered me; from the belly of Sheol I cried out for help, and you heard my prayer.

In my distress, I cried to Yahweh. He answered me.

The cords of death surrounded me. The floods of ungodliness made me afraid.The cords of Sheol were around me. The snares of death came on me.In my distress I called on Yahweh, and cried to my God. He heard my voice out of his temple. My cry before him came into his ears.

This poor man cried, and Yahweh heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.

Yahweh, the God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before you.Let my prayer enter into your presence. Turn your ear to my cry.For my soul is full of troubles. My life draws near to Sheol.I am counted among those who go down into the pit. I am like a man who has no help,set apart among the dead, like the slain who lie in the grave, whom you remember no more. They are cut off from your hand.You have laid me in the lowest pit, in the darkest depths.Your wrath lies heavily on me. You have afflicted me with all your waves. Selah.

David was greatly distressed; for the people spoke of stoning him, because the souls of all the people were grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters; but David strengthened himself in Yahweh his God.

For your loving kindness is great toward me. You have delivered my soul from the lowest Sheol.

For he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, Neither has he hidden his face from him; but when he cried to him, he heard.

Being in agony he prayed more earnestly. His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down on the ground.

He, in the days of his flesh, having offered up prayers and petitions with strong crying and tears to him who was able to save him from death, and having been heard for his godly fear,

The cords of death surrounded me, the pains of Sheol got a hold of me. I found trouble and sorrow.

Answer me when I call, God of my righteousness. Give me relief from my distress. Have mercy on me, and hear my prayer.

For you will not leave my soul in Sheol, neither will you allow your holy one to see corruption.

From the end of the earth, I will call to you when my heart is overwhelmed. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

Then Jacob was greatly afraid and was distressed. He divided the people who were with him, and the flocks, and the herds, and the camels, into two companies;and he said,“ If Esau comes to the one company, and strikes it, then the company which is left will escape.”Jacob said,“ God of my father Abraham, and God of my father Isaac, Yahweh, who said to me,‘ Return to your country, and to your relatives, and I will do you good,’I am not worthy of the least of all the loving kindnesses, and of all the truth, which you have shown to your servant; for with just my staff I crossed over this Jordan; and now I have become two companies.Please deliver me from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esau; for I fear him, lest he come and strike me and the mothers with the children.You said,‘ I will surely do you good, and make your offspring as the sand of the sea, which can’t be counted because there are so many.’”

I cry with my voice to Yahweh. With my voice, I ask Yahweh for mercy.I pour out my complaint before him. I tell him my troubles.When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, you knew my route. On the path in which I walk, they have hidden a snare for me.

For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the whale, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

You who hear prayer, all men will come to you.

because you will not leave my soul in Hades, neither will you allow your Holy One to see decay.

Jacob was left alone, and wrestled with a man there until the breaking of the day.When he saw that he didn’t prevail against him, the man touched the hollow of his thigh, and the hollow of Jacob’s thigh was strained as he wrestled.The man said,“ Let me go, for the day breaks.” Jacob said,“ I won’t let you go unless you bless me.”He said to him,“ What is your name?” He said,“ Jacob”.He said,“ Your name will no longer be called Jacob, but Israel; for you have fought with God and with men, and have prevailed.”

Sheol from beneath has moved for you to meet you at your coming. It stirs up the departed spirits for you, even all the rulers of the earth. It has raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.

Don’t consider your servant a wicked woman; for I have been speaking out of the abundance of my complaint and my provocation.”
