I called to the LORD in my distress, and he answered me. I cried out for help from deep inside Sheol; you heard my voice.

说：“我遭遇患难求告耶和华，你就应允我；从阴间的深处呼求，你就俯听我的声音。

说：“我在患难中求告耶和华，他就应允我；我从阴间的深处呼求，你就俯听我的声音。

说：“我在患难中求告耶和华，他就应允我；我从阴间的深处呼求，你就俯听我的声音。

“我遭遇患难的时候向你求告，你就应允我。我在阴间的深处呼求你，你也垂听我的声音。

说：“我从患难中求告耶和华，他就应允我；我从阴间的深府呼求，你就垂听我的声音。

说：“我在患难中向耶和华呼求，你就回应我；我从阴间的深处呼救，你就垂听我的声音。

說：『我從急難中呼求永恆主，你就應了我；我從陰間腹中呼救，你就聽了我的聲音。

說：「我在患難中向耶和華呼求，你就回應我；我從陰間的深處呼救，你就垂聽我的聲音。

我遭患難、呼籲耶和華、蒙爾憶念、余自陰府號呼、望爾垂聽、

曰、我遭患難、呼求主、蒙主應允、我自示阿勒示阿勒有譯黃泉有譯陰府之深處籲禱、主俯聞我聲、

He said:“ In my distress I called to the Lord, and he answered me. From deep in the realm of the dead I called for help, and you listened to my cry.

He said,“ When I was in trouble, I called out to the Lord. And he answered me. When I was deep in the place of the dead, I called out for help. And you listened to my cry.

saying,“ I called out to the Lord, out of my distress, and he answered me; out of the belly of Sheol I cried, and you heard my voice.

He said,“ I cried out to the Lord in my great trouble, and he answered me. I called to you from the land of the dead, and Lord, you heard me!

and he said,“ I called out of my distress to the Lord, And He answered me. I called for help from the depth of Sheol; You heard my voice.

And he said:“ I cried out to the Lord because of my affliction, And He answered me.“ Out of the belly of Sheol I cried, And You heard my voice.

And he said, I called by reason of mine affliction unto Jehovah, And he answered me; Out of the belly of Sheol cried I, And thou heardest my voice.

I called to the Lord in my distress, and He answered me. I cried out for help in the belly of Sheol; You heard my voice.

And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction unto the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I,[ and] thou heardest my voice.

and said,“ I called out to the LORD from my distress, and he answered me; from the belly of Sheol I cried out for help, and you heard my prayer.

He said,“ I called because of my affliction to Yahweh. He answered me. Out of the belly of Sheol I cried. You heard my voice.

In my distress I called to the LORD, and he answered me.

The ropes of death were wrapped around me; the torrents of destruction terrified me.The ropes of Sheol entangled me; the snares of death confronted me.I called to the LORD in my distress, and I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears.

This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him and saved him from all his troubles.

LORD, God of my salvation, I cry out before you day and night.May my prayer reach your presence; listen to my cry.For I have had enough troubles, and my life is near Sheol.I am counted among those going down to the Pit. I am like a man without strength,abandoned among the dead. I am like the slain lying in the grave, whom you no longer remember, and who are cut off from your care.You have put me in the lowest part of the Pit, in the darkest places, in the depths.Your wrath weighs heavily on me; you have overwhelmed me with all your waves. Selah

David was in an extremely difficult position because the troops talked about stoning him, for they were all very bitter over the loss of their sons and daughters. But David found strength in the LORD his God.

For your faithful love for me is great, and you rescue my life from the depths of Sheol.

For he has not despised or abhorred the torment of the oppressed. He did not hide his face from him but listened when he cried to him for help.

Being in anguish, he prayed more fervently, and his sweat became like drops of blood falling to the ground.

During his earthly life, he offered prayers and appeals with loud cries and tears to the one who was able to save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverence.

The ropes of death were wrapped around me, and the torments of Sheol overcame me; I encountered trouble and sorrow.

Answer me when I call, God, who vindicates me. You freed me from affliction; be gracious to me and hear my prayer.

For you will not abandon me to Sheol; you will not allow your faithful one to see decay.

I call to you from the ends of the earth when my heart is without strength. Lead me to a rock that is high above me,

Jacob was greatly afraid and distressed; he divided the people with him into two camps, along with the flocks, herds, and camels.He thought,“ If Esau comes to one camp and attacks it, the remaining one can escape.”Then Jacob said,“ God of my father Abraham and God of my father Isaac, the LORD who said to me,‘ Go back to your land and to your family, and I will cause you to prosper,’I am unworthy of all the kindness and faithfulness you have shown your servant. Indeed, I crossed over the Jordan with my staff, and now I have become two camps.Please rescue me from my brother Esau, for I am afraid of him; otherwise, he may come and attack me, the mothers, and their children.You have said,‘ I will cause you to prosper, and I will make your offspring like the sand of the sea, too numerous to be counted.’”

I cry aloud to the LORD; I plead aloud to the LORD for mercy.I pour out my complaint before him; I reveal my trouble to him.Although my spirit is weak within me, you know my way. Along this path I travel they have hidden a trap for me.

For as Jonah was in the belly of the huge fish three days and three nights, so the Son of Man will be in the heart of the earth three days and three nights.

All humanity will come to you, the one who hears prayer.

because you will not abandon me in Hades or allow your holy one to see decay.

Jacob was left alone, and a man wrestled with him until daybreak.When the man saw that he could not defeat him, he struck Jacob’s hip socket as they wrestled and dislocated his hip.Then he said to Jacob,“ Let me go, for it is daybreak.” But Jacob said,“ I will not let you go unless you bless me.”“ What is your name?” the man asked.“ Jacob,” he replied.“ Your name will no longer be Jacob,” he said.“ It will be Israel because you have struggled with God and with men and have prevailed.”

Sheol below is eager to greet your coming, stirring up the spirits of the departed for you— all the rulers of the earth— making all the kings of the nations rise from their thrones.

Don’t think of me as a wicked woman; I’ve been praying from the depth of my anguish and resentment.”
