船长来到约拿那里，对他说：“你竟敢沉睡！起来，向你的神呼求！或许你的神会顾念我们，使我们不致灭亡。”

船主到他那裏對他說：「你這沉睡的人哪，為何這樣呢？起來，求告你的神，或者神顧念我們，使我們不致滅亡。」

船長到他那裏，對他說：「你怎麼還在沉睡呢？起來，求告你的神明，或者神明顧念我們，使我們不致滅亡。」

船長來到約拿身邊對他說：「你這個人，怎麼這時候還在睡覺！快起來祈求你的神吧，也許你的神會憐憫我們，饒我們一命。」

船長走到他面前，對他說：“你怎麼啦！睡得那麼熟？快起來，求告你的神吧！或者神會記念我們，使我們不至於喪命！”

於是船長去找他，對他說：『沉睡的人哪，你為甚麼這樣？起來，呼求你的神，或者那神想念到我們，使我們不至於滅亡啊。』

船長來到約拿那裡，對他說：「你竟敢沉睡！起來，向你的神呼求！或許你的神會顧念我們，使我們不致滅亡。」

舟長就之曰、睡者歟、奚若此、其起禱爾神、庶神眷念我儕、免致死亡、

船長就之曰、何為酣睡、盍醒而起、禱爾之上帝、庶乎上帝眷顧我儕、以免死亡。

The captain went to him and said,“ How can you sleep? Get up and call on your god! Maybe he will take notice of us so that we will not perish.”

The captain went down to him and said,“ How can you sleep? Get up and call out to your god for help! Maybe he’ll pay attention to what’s happening to us. Then we won’t die.”

So the captain came and said to him,“ What do you mean, you sleeper? Arise, call out to your god! Perhaps the god will give a thought to us, that we may not perish.”

So the captain went down after him.“ How can you sleep at a time like this?” he shouted.“ Get up and pray to your god! Maybe he will pay attention to us and spare our lives.”

The captain approached him and said,“ What are you doing sound asleep? Get up! Call to your god. Maybe this god will consider us, and we won’t perish.”

So the captain approached him and said,“ How is it that you are sleeping? Get up, call on your god! Perhaps your god will be concerned about us so that we will not perish.”

So the captain came to him, and said to him,“ What do you mean, sleeper? Arise, call on your God; perhaps your God will consider us, so that we may not perish.”

So the shipmaster came to him, and said unto him, What meanest thou, O sleeper? arise, call upon thy God, if so be that God will think upon us, that we perish not.

The captain approached him and said,“ What are you doing sound asleep? Get up! Call to your god. Maybe this god will consider us, and we won’t perish.”

So the shipmaster came to him, and said unto him, What meanest thou, O sleeper? arise, call upon thy God, if so be that God will think upon us, that we perish not.

The ship’s captain approached him and said,“ What are you doing asleep? Get up! Cry out to your god! Perhaps your god might take notice of us so that we might not die!”

So the ship master came to him, and said to him,“ What do you mean, sleeper? Arise, call on your God! Maybe your God will notice us, so that we won’t perish.”

誰知道上帝也許會回心轉意，不發烈怒，使我們不致滅亡。」

要恨惡邪惡，喜愛良善，在城門口秉公行義；或者耶和華－萬軍之上帝會施恩給約瑟的餘民。

所以，他用勞苦制伏他們的心；他們仆倒，無人扶助。於是他們在急難中哀求耶和華，他就拯救他們脫離禍患。

大衛說：「孩子還活着，我禁食哭泣，因為我想，或許耶和華憐憫我，會讓孩子活下來。

忽然狂風大作，波浪打入船內，以致船灌滿了水。耶穌在船尾上，枕着枕頭睡覺。門徒叫醒他，說：「老師！我們快沒命了，你不管嗎？」耶穌醒了，斥責那風，向海說：「住了吧！靜了吧！」風就止住，大大平靜了。耶穌對他們說：「為甚麼膽怯？你們還沒有信心嗎？」他們就非常懼怕，彼此說：「這到底是誰？連風和海都聽從他。」

於是保羅回答：「你們為甚麼這樣痛哭，使我心碎呢？我為主耶穌的名，不但被人捆綁，就是死在耶路撒冷也是願意的。」

於是他們在急難中哀求耶和華，他就搭救他們脫離禍患，

他殺他們的時候，他們才求問他，回心轉意，切切尋求上帝。

他們向木頭說：『你是我的父』；向石頭說：『你是生我的。』他們以背向我，不肯以面向我；及至遭遇患難時卻說：『起來拯救我們吧！』你為自己做的神明在哪裏呢？你遭遇患難的時候，讓它們起來拯救你吧！猶大啊，你神明的數目與你城的數目相等。

還有，你們要知道，現在正是該從睡夢中醒來的時候了；因為我們得救，現在比初信的時候更近了。

他們心裏厭惡各樣的食物，就臨近死亡之門。於是他們在急難中哀求耶和華，他就拯救他們脫離禍患。他發出自己的話語醫治他們，救他們脫離陰府。

「你當去召集書珊所有的猶太人，為我禁食三晝三夜，不吃不喝；我和我的宮女也要這樣禁食。然後我違例去晉見王，我若死就死吧！」

你們為何壓碎我的百姓，碾磨困苦人的臉呢？」這是萬軍之主耶和華說的。

耶和華在他的軍旅前出聲，他的隊伍龐大，遵行他命令的強盛。耶和華的日子大而可畏，誰能當得起呢？

於是他們在急難中哀求耶和華，他就領他們脫離禍患。他使狂風止息，波浪平靜，

因為使一切顯露出來的就是光。所以有話說：「你這睡着的人醒過來吧！要從死人中復活，基督要光照你了。」

「你們在以色列地何以有這俗語，『父親吃了酸葡萄，兒子牙齒就酸倒』呢？
