Be glad then, you children of Zion, And rejoice in the Lord your God; For He has given you the former rain faithfully, And He will cause the rain to come down for you— The former rain, And the latter rain in the first month.

“锡安的民哪，你们要快乐，为耶和华你们的神欢喜；因他赐给你们合宜的秋雨，为你们降下甘霖，就是秋雨、春雨，和先前一样。

“锡安的民哪，你们要欢喜，要因耶和华—你们的上帝快乐；因他赏赐你们合宜的秋雨，为你们降下甘霖，秋雨和春雨，和先前一样。

“锡安的民哪，你们要欢喜，要因耶和华—你们的神快乐；因他赏赐你们合宜的秋雨，为你们降下甘霖，秋雨和春雨，和先前一样。

锡安的人民啊，你们应当欢喜快乐，从你们的上帝耶和华那里得到喜乐。因为祂按时降下甘霖，像从前一样赐给你们秋雨、春雨。

锡安的人民哪！你们要欢喜，要靠耶和华你们的神快乐，因为他赐给了你们合时的秋雨。他给你们降下时雨，就是秋雨春雨，像以前一样。

錫安的民哪，你們要快樂，為耶和華－你們的神歡喜；因他賜給你們合宜的秋雨，為你們降下甘霖，就是秋雨、春雨，和先前一樣。

錫安之子女歟、爾其歡欣、因爾上帝耶和華而喜樂、以其錫爾秋雨、適合其宜、為爾降甘霖、即春雨秋雨、同乎疇昔、

郇邑之民、賴爾之上帝耶和華、欣喜懽忭、春雨秋霖、無不時若、同於前日、我使之然、

郇邑之民、當因主爾之天主、欣喜歡樂、因主賜爾及時之雨、為爾降春雨秋霖、與前日無異、

Be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given you the autumn rains because he is faithful. He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before.

People of Zion, be glad. Be joyful because of what the Lord your God has done. He has given you the right amount of rain in the fall. That’s because he is faithful. He has sent you plenty of showers. He has sent fall and spring rains alike, just as he did before.

“ Be glad, O children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given the early rain for your vindication; he has poured down for you abundant rain, the early and the latter rain, as before.

Rejoice, you people of Jerusalem! Rejoice in the Lord your God! For the rain he sends demonstrates his faithfulness. Once more the autumn rains will come, as well as the rains of spring.

Children of Zion, rejoice and be glad in the LORD your God, because he gives you the autumn rain for your vindication. He sends showers for you, both autumn and spring rain as before.

So shout for joy, you sons of Zion, And rejoice in the Lord your God; For He has given you the early rain for your vindication. And He has brought down for you the rain, The early and latter rain as before.

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in Jehovah your God; for he giveth you the former rain in just measure, and he causeth to come down for you the rain, the former rain and the latter rain, in the first month.

Children of Zion, rejoice and be glad in the Lord your God, because He gives you the autumn rain for your vindication. He sends showers for you, both autumn and spring rain as before.

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first[ month].

Citizens of Zion, rejoice! Be glad because of what the LORD your God has done! For he has given to you the early rains as vindication. He has sent to you the rains– both the early and the late rains as formerly.

“ Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in Yahweh, your God; for he gives you the early rain in just measure, and he causes the rain to come down for you, the early rain and the latter rain, as before.

Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain.You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.

then I will give you rain in its season, the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

Let us know, Let us pursue the knowledge of the Lord. His going forth is established as the morning; He will come to us like the rain, Like the latter and former rain to the earth.

Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid;‘ For Yah, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation.’”Therefore with joy you will draw water From the wells of salvation.And in that day you will say:“ Praise the Lord, call upon His name; Declare His deeds among the peoples, Make mention that His name is exalted.Sing to the Lord, For He has done excellent things; This is known in all the earth.Cry out and shout, O inhabitant of Zion, For great is the Holy One of Israel in your midst!”

then I will give you the rain for your land in its season, the early rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain, your new wine, and your oil.

Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

You shall winnow them, the wind shall carry them away, And the whirlwind shall scatter them; You shall rejoice in the Lord, And glory in the Holy One of Israel.

Ask the Lord for rain In the time of the latter rain. The Lord will make flashing clouds; He will give them showers of rain, Grass in the field for everyone.

Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls—Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.

Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. For me to write the same things to you is not tedious, but for you it is safe.

The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

Those of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, And their heart shall rejoice as if with wine. Yes, their children shall see it and be glad; Their heart shall rejoice in the Lord.

Let my teaching drop as the rain, My speech distill as the dew, As raindrops on the tender herb, And as showers on the grass.

Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you righteous; And shout for joy, all you upright in heart!Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous! For praise from the upright is beautiful.

Sing, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, O daughter of Jerusalem!The Lord has taken away your judgments, He has cast out your enemy. The King of Israel, the Lord, is in your midst; You shall see disaster no more.In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem:“ Do not fear; Zion, let not your hands be weak.The Lord your God in your midst, The Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.”

For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh,

The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, And with my song I will praise Him.

Then He will give the rain for your seed With which you sow the ground, And bread of the increase of the earth; It will be fat and plentiful. In that day your cattle will feed In large pastures.

“ And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions.And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.

Therefore the showers have been withheld, And there has been no latter rain. You have had a harlot’s forehead; You refuse to be ashamed.

They do not say in their heart,“ Let us now fear the Lord our God, Who gives rain, both the former and the latter, in its season. He reserves for us the appointed weeks of the harvest.”

but the Jerusalem above is free, which is the mother of us all.For it is written:“ Rejoice, O barren, You who do not bear! Break forth and shout, You who are not in labor! For the desolate has many more children Than she who has a husband.”

Oh come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation.Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.For the Lord is the great God, And the great King above all gods.

“ If there is a messenger for him, A mediator, one among a thousand, To show man His uprightness,

Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying,“ This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand Or whenever you turn to the left.

May my meditation be sweet to Him; I will be glad in the Lord.

And Mary said:“ My soul magnifies the Lord,And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.

“ I also withheld rain from you, When there were still three months to the harvest. I made it rain on one city, I withheld rain from another city. One part was rained upon, And where it did not rain the part withered.

I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, My soul shall be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

“ Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; He is just and having salvation, Lowly and riding on a donkey, A colt, the foal of a donkey.

In the light of the king’s face is life, And his favor is like a cloud of the latter rain.

The precious sons of Zion, Valuable as fine gold, How they are regarded as clay pots, The work of the hands of the potter!

He shall come down like rain upon the grass before mowing, Like showers that water the earth.In His days the righteous shall flourish, And abundance of peace, Until the moon is no more.

Therefore He says:“ When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, And gave gifts to men.”( Now this,“ He ascended”— what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.)And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,

For I have bent Judah, My bow, Fitted the bow with Ephraim, And raised up your sons, O Zion, Against your sons, O Greece, And made you like the sword of a mighty man.”
