Put on sackcloth, you priests, and mourn; wail, you who minister before the altar. Come, spend the night in sackcloth, you who minister before my God; for the grain offerings and drink offerings are withheld from the house of your God.

Priests, put on the clothing of sadness and mourn. Cry, you who serve at the altar. Come, you who serve my God in the temple. Spend the night dressed in the clothes of sadness. Weep because no one brings grain offerings and drink offerings to the house of your God anymore.

我的子民啊，你们要像死了未婚夫的少女，穿上丧服痛哭哀号。耶和华殿中的素祭和奠祭都停止了，事奉耶和华的祭司都哀伤。

为此，你们要腰束麻布，嚎啕大哭，因为耶和华向我们发的烈怒还没有止息。

尼尼微城的人相信了上帝的话，便宣告禁食，所有的人，无论大小贵贱都换上麻衣。尼尼微王听到这消息后，便走下宝座，脱下王袍，披上麻衣，坐在炉灰中。王又向全城颁布命令，说：“王和大臣有令，所有的人都必须禁食，牛羊牲畜都不许吃草也不许喝水。人和牲畜都必须披上麻衣，众人要向上帝恳切呼求，改邪归正，停止作恶。

亚哈听了以利亚的话，就撕裂衣服，披麻禁食，睡觉也不脱下麻衣，垂头丧气地走来走去。

让事奉耶和华的祭司站在圣殿门廊和祭坛中间，哭泣恳求说：“耶和华啊，求你顾惜你的子民，不要让外族人侮辱、讥笑你的产业说，‘你们的上帝在哪里呢？’”

我要为众山悲伤痛哭，为旷野的草原唱哀歌，因为那里一片荒凉，杳无人迹，听不见牲畜的叫声，飞鸟和走兽也逃去无踪。

他们必身披麻衣，战栗发抖。他们必剃光头发，满面羞愧。

因为这里所说的这位祭司属于别的支派，那支派里从来没有在祭坛前供职的祭司。显然，我们的主基督属于犹大支派，摩西从来没有说这个支派会出祭司。

祂使我们能够担任新约的执事。这新约不是用律法条文立的，而是圣灵的工作，因为律法条文带给人死亡，但圣灵赐给人生命。

大卫为这孩子向上帝哀求，并且禁食，他进到里面，整夜躺在地上。

因此，人应该把我们当作是基督的仆人，是上帝奥秘之事的管家。

你们难道不知道，在圣殿里事奉的人可以吃圣殿里的食物，在祭坛前事奉的人可以分享祭坛上的祭物吗？

反倒在任何事上都显明自己是上帝的仆人。不论遭遇什么患难、艰苦、贫穷、

“要把做好的素祭带到耶和华面前，交给祭司献在祭坛上。祭司要从中取出一部分，作为象征放在祭坛上焚烧。这是蒙耶和华悦纳的馨香火祭。剩下的素祭要归亚伦及其子孙。在献给耶和华的火祭中，这是至圣之物。

此外，要照常献上朔日和日常应献的燔祭、素祭和奠祭，给耶和华作馨香的火祭。

他们自称是基督的仆人，我说句狂话，我更是！我比他们更辛苦，坐牢更多，身受更重的鞭打，经常出生入死。

你们要被称为耶和华的祭司，我们上帝的臣仆。你们必享用各国的财宝，夸耀自己拥有他们的财富。
