我雖純全無過，也已毫不在乎，我厭惡我的生命。

我雖然完全，卻不顧我自己，倒厭惡我的生命。

就使我純全，我也不顧自己；我厭棄我自己的性命。

我乃純全、而不自顧、厭我生命、

如伐己長、是不知量也、平生所為、不堪自問。

我本無辜、我若有辜、我心不覺、我厭我之生命、

“ Although I am blameless, I have no concern for myself; I despise my own life.

“ Even though I’m honest, I’m not concerned about myself. I hate my own life.

I am blameless; I regard not myself; I loathe my life.

“ I am innocent, but it makes no difference to me— I despise my life.

Though I am blameless, I no longer care about myself; I renounce my life.

I am guiltless; I do not take notice of myself; I reject my life.

“ I am blameless, yet I do not know myself; I despise my life.

[ Though] I[ were] perfect,[ yet] would I not know my soul: I would despise my life.

I am blameless. I do not know myself. I despise my life.

I am blameless. I don’t respect myself. I despise my life.

There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and turned away from evil.

For I know nothing against myself; yet am I not hereby justified: but he that judgeth me is the Lord.

The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it?I, Jehovah, search the mind, I try the heart, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.

He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool; But whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered.

So that my soul chooseth strangling, And death rather than these my bones.I loathe my life; I would not live alway: Let me alone; for my days are vanity.

because if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.

And why dost thou not pardon my transgression, and take away mine iniquity? For now shall I lie down in the dust; And thou wilt seek me diligently, but I shall not be.

Search me, O God, and know my heart: Try me, and know my thoughts;And see if there be any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting.
