For we all stumble in many things. Anyone who doesn’t stumble in word is a perfect person, able to bridle the whole body also.

There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job. That man was blameless and upright, and one who feared God, and turned away from evil.

If you, Yah, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?

‘ Shall mortal man be more just than God? Shall a man be more pure than his Maker?
