我虽有义，自己的口要定我为有罪；我虽完全，我口必显我为弯曲。

我若自辯有義、恐我口罪我、我若自辯無辜、恐我口咎我、恐我口咎我或作恐我口顯我虛詐

約伯所言無知、其詞不慧、

爾惡訓爾之口、爾擇譎者之舌、罪爾者、非我也、乃爾口也、爾脣證爾之非、

我耳曾聞爾聲、聽爾言雲、我清潔無過、無辜無愆、上帝尋隙攻我、視我為敵、桎我足、察我徑、我則應之曰、爾言此、不義矣、蓋上帝卓越於人、胡為與之爭、其所行者、不自陳述、

非謂我既得既成、惟趨進庶可獲基督耶穌所以獲我者也、兄弟乎、我不以為既獲、惟專一、忘乎後而奮乎前、趨向標準、致得上帝自上而召之賞、在基督耶穌中者、故凡我中之完人、宜懷此志、若有異志、上帝亦將以此示爾、

多言難免咎戾、緘口乃為明智、

我曰、禍哉我也、亡矣、我乃脣穢之人、居於脣穢民中、而目睹大君、萬軍之耶和華也、

我誠知其若是、但人於上帝前、安能為義、

我語汝、人所出之虛言、當鞫日、莫不供之、蓋以爾言義爾、亦以爾言罪爾、○

故約伯空啟厥口、多發無知之言、

心邪僻者無利益、舌乖謬者陷災殃、

勿行鞫於爾僕、依爾視之、在世無一義人兮、

耶穌謂之曰、爾於人前自義、然上帝知爾心、蓋人所崇者、上帝所惡也、

彼欲自義、謂耶穌曰、誰為我鄰、

及壞心志喪真理者之紛爭、彼以敬虔為利途也、

約伯自視為義、三人不復答之、有以利戶者、布西人、蘭族、巴拉迦之子也、因約伯義己、而不義上帝、則怒、

夫我儕於事多蹶、惟言語無蹶者、是為完人、能範其身、

烏斯地有名約伯者、為人純全端正、寅畏上帝、離棄諸惡、

主耶和華歟、爾若注意罪愆、孰能卓立兮、

必死之人、豈義於上帝乎、世人豈潔於造之者乎、
