何不赦我過、宥我愆、以我將臥於土、爾勤求我、已不在焉、

盍赦我罪、宥我惡、俾我安然入土、迄於明日、欲追予而不相遇。

奚不赦我罪、恕我尤、我將速臥於土、主尋我、我已歸於無有、

Why do you not pardon my offenses and forgive my sins? For I will soon lie down in the dust; you will search for me, but I will be no more.”

Why don’t you forgive the wrong things I’ve done? Why don’t you forgive me for my sins? I’ll soon lie down in the dust of my grave. You will search for me. But I’ll be gone.”

Why do you not pardon my transgression and take away my iniquity? For now I shall lie in the earth; you will seek me, but I shall not be.”

Why not just forgive my sin and take away my guilt? For soon I will lie down in the dust and die. When you look for me, I will be gone.”

Why not forgive my sin and pardon my iniquity? For soon I will lie down in the grave. You will eagerly seek me, but I will be gone.

Why then do You not forgive my wrongdoing And take away my guilt? For now I will lie down in the dust; And You will search for me, but I will no longer exist.”

And why dost thou not pardon my transgression, and take away mine iniquity? For now shall I lie down in the dust; And thou wilt seek me diligently, but I shall not be.

Why not forgive my sin and pardon my transgression? For soon I will lie down in the grave. You will eagerly seek me, but I will be gone.

我若犯罪，你就鉴察，绝不赦免我的罪孽；

必有许多睡在尘土中的人醒过来，有的要得永生，有的要受羞辱，永远被憎恶。

耶和华啊！求你不要大发烈怒。不要永远记念罪孽。求你垂看我们，我们众人都是你的子民。

尘土要归回原来之地，灵要归回赐灵的神。

我们若承认自己的罪，神是信实的、公义的，必定赦免我们的罪，洁净我们脱离一切不义。

大卫数点了人民以后，良心一直不安，于是对耶和华说：“我作了这事，犯了大罪。耶和华啊！现在求你除去你仆人的罪孽，因为我作了非常糊涂的事！”

至于世人，他的年日好像草一般；他又像野地繁茂的花。

然而他被人抬到坟墓里，并且有人看守他的墓地。他以谷中的土块为甘甜，所有的人跟在他后面，走在他前面的不计其数。

但他很快就消逝，不再存在了；我寻找他，却找不到。

有何神像你，赦免罪孽，不追究产业之余民的过犯呢？他不永远怀怒，因为他喜爱怜悯。他必再怜爱我们，把我们的罪孽都践踏在脚下，又把我们（按照《马索拉文本》，“我们”作“他们”；现参照其他抄本、《七十士译本》和其他古译本翻译）的一切罪恶都投在深海里。

他为我们舍己，为的是要救赎我们脱离一切不法的事，并且洁净我们作他自己的子民，热心善工。

求你记念你造我如抟泥，你还要使我归于尘土吗？

第二天，约翰见耶稣迎面而来，就说：“看哪，神的羊羔，是除去世人的罪孽的！

看我的，他的眼再也看不到我，你的眼要看我，我已经不在了。

我若对深坑说：‘你是我的父亲’，对虫说：‘你是我的母亲，我的姊妹’，

不然，我早已躺下安息，

你们预备好要说的话，归向耶和华，对他说：“除去我们一切罪孽，悦纳我们的祷告。这样我们就把嘴唇的果子献上。

我的罪孽与罪过有多少呢？求你让我知道我的过犯与罪过。你为什么掩面，把我当作你的仇敌呢？

“我们犯罪悖逆，你并不赦免。你被怒气笼罩着，你追赶我们，杀戮我们，毫不顾惜。你用密云把自己遮蔽起来，以致我们的祷告不能达到你那里。

你为什么永远忘记我们？为什么长久离弃我们？耶和华啊！除非你真的弃绝我们，你向我们所发的怒气难收，不然，求你使我们归向你，好使我们回转过来；求你更新我们的日子，像古时一样。

属你的死人要活过来，他们的尸体要起来；那些住在尘土里的必醒起，并且欢呼。因为你的甘露像早晨的甘露般临到，使地交出离世的人来。
