他拉开了他的弓，立我作箭靶子。

我以叹息代替食物，我唉哼的声音如水涌出。

你的公义好像大山，你的公正如同深渊；耶和华啊！人和牲畜，你都庇佑。

因此，我不再禁止我的口，我要说出灵里的忧愁，倾诉心中的痛苦。我岂是海洋或是海怪，你竟然设守卫防备我？

他在人面前歌唱，说：‘我犯了罪，颠倒是非，但我没有受到应得的报应。

因为全能者的箭射中我，我的灵喝尽了箭的毒液，神的惊吓排阵攻击我。

‘我是洁净的，毫无过犯；我是清白的，没有罪孽。

你若犯罪，你能使神受害吗？你的过犯若增多，你又能使他受损吗？

耶和华万军之神啊！你因你子民的祷告发怒，要到几时呢？

但现在你数点我的脚步，必不再鉴察我的罪过，

你，唯独你是耶和华，你造了天，天上的天和天军，地和地上的万物，海和海中的万物，你使这一切生存，天军也都敬拜你。

我本来安逸，他却把我压碎；掐着我的颈项，把我摔碎；又把我当作他的箭靶。他的弓箭手四面包围我，他剖开我的腰子，全不顾惜，把我的胆倾倒在地上。他把我破伤，在破口上又加破伤，如勇士一般向我直冲。

你记录判词攻击我，又使我承当我幼年的罪孽；

我若像亚当遮掩我的过犯，把我的罪孽藏在怀中，

你的罪恶不是很大吗？你的罪孽不是没有穷尽吗？

你的箭扣上弦，对准他们的脸的时候，他们必转身而逃。

我既然被定为有罪，又何必徒然劳苦呢？我若用雪水洗净我的身，又用碱水洁净我的手，你还是把我扔入坑中，连我的衣服也憎恶我。
