If I have sinned, what have I done to you, you who see everything we do? Why have you made me your target? Have I become a burden to you?

張弓發矢、以我為的兮、

我未食而先歎、呻吟之聲、有如水湧、

爾之公義、如上帝之山、爾之判斷、如深廣之淵、耶和華歟、人與禽獸、爾咸護佑兮、

緣此、我不自禁我口、我靈之痛必言之、我心之苦必訴之、我豈滄海、豈鱷魚、致爾防禦我乎、

彼則歌於人前曰、昔我干罪、顚覆正義、所為無益、

全能者之矢、入於我躬、我靈飲其毒、上帝之威烈、列陳攻我、

我清潔無過、無辜無愆、

如爾干罪、與上帝何涉、爾罪增多、與上帝何與、

萬軍之上帝耶和華歟、怒視爾民之祈、將至何時乎、

今爾數我步履、察我罪辜、

惟爾為耶和華、爾造天與天上之天、及諸天象、地暨其上所有、海與其中所有、俱為爾所保存、諸天軍崇拜爾、

我素平康、彼乃折我、執我之頸、擲而碎我、以我為的、彼之射者環我、剖我腎、不施矜恤、瀝我膽於地、屢加毀壞、有若勇士、趨而攻我、

乃錄苦事以懲我、使任幼年之罪責、

若猶世人自掩己罪、匿惡於懷、

爾之惡、豈非大乎、爾之過、乃無窮也、

爾曳弦以射其面、使之卻退兮、

我必見罪、何猶徒勞、我即以雪濯身、以鹼潔手、爾必浸我於阬、我衣亦將厭我、
