人在於世、無戰爭乎、其日不猶傭人之日乎、

“人在世上岂无争战吗？他的日子不像雇工人的日子吗？

“人在世上岂无劳役呢？他的日子不像雇工的日子吗？

“人在世上岂无劳役呢？他的日子不像雇工的日子吗？

“人生在世岂不像服劳役吗？他有生之年岂不像个雇工吗？

“人在世上怎能没有劳役呢？他的日子不像雇工的日子吗？

人在世上豈無爭戰嗎？他的日子不像雇工人的日子嗎？

「人在世上豈無勞役呢？他的日子不像雇工的日子嗎？

「人在世上豈無勞役呢？他的日子不像雇工的日子嗎？

「人生在世豈不像服勞役嗎？他有生之年豈不像個雇工嗎？

“人在世上怎能沒有勞役呢？他的日子不像雇工的日子嗎？

『人在世上哪裏沒有勞役呢？他的日子不像雇工人的日子麼？

人生苦境終其年、猶工勞瘁畢其生。

人生於世、如在戰場、如傭工度日、

“ Do not mortals have hard service on earth? Are not their days like those of hired laborers?

Job continued,“ Don’t all human beings have to work hard on this earth? Aren’t their days like the days of hired workers?

“ Has not man a hard service on earth, and are not his days like the days of a hired hand?

“ Is not all human life a struggle? Our lives are like that of a hired hand,

Isn’t each person consigned to forced labor on earth? Are not his days like those of a hired worker?

“ Is a person not forced to labor on earth, And are his days not like the days of a hired worker?

“ Is there not a time of hard service for man on earth? Are not his days also like the days of a hired man?

Is there not a warfare to man upon earth? And are not his days like the days of a hireling?

Isn’t mankind consigned to forced labor on earth? Are not his days like those of a hired hand?

[ Is there] not an appointed time to man upon earth?[ are not] his days also like the days of an hireling?

“ Does not humanity have hard service on earth? Are not their days also like the days of a hired man?

“ Isn’t a man forced to labor on earth? Aren’t his days like the days of a hired hand?

耶和華歟、俾知我身之終、年壽幾何、致我自知荏弱兮、

人之年日既定、月數在爾、爾為之立限制、不能踰越、請爾轉目不顧之、俾得休息、如傭之畢其工、

願爾藏我於陰府、匿我於隱處、俟爾怒息、為我定期、而記念我、人死豈能復生乎、我願忍此戰爭之日、以待被釋、

往告希西家曰、爾祖大衛之上帝耶和華云、我已聞爾禱、見爾淚、必增爾壽十五年、

人生遇難、如火星之飛揚、

人無權以制生氣、亦無權以制死日、臨陳不得倖免、行惡不能自救、○

耶穌曰、晝非六時乎、人晝行不蹶、因見此世之光、夜行則蹶、以其無光也、

天國猶家主、朝出僱工入葡萄園、與工約、日金一錢、遣之入園、巳初出見有閒立於市者、謂之曰、爾亦往葡萄園、所宜與者、我與爾、其人遂往、日中及申初又出、亦如之、酉初出、復見有立者、謂之曰、爾何終日閒立於此乎、曰、無僱我者、曰、爾亦往葡萄園、及暮、園主語其家宰曰、呼工給其值、由後以及先、酉初僱者至、各受金一錢、先僱者至、意所受必加多、乃亦各受一錢、既受之、則怨家主曰、我終日任勞當暑、後至者、僅工作片時、乃使之與我等耶、園主謂其人曰、友、我未嘗負爾、爾非與我約金一錢乎、取爾值而去、我欲予後至者、猶予爾然、以我之物、行我所欲、不亦宜乎、我為善、爾嫉視乎、

主諭我曰、期年之內、如傭人之年、基達之榮盡絕、

彼事爾六年、較之傭人、其值維倍、故釋之時、勿以為難、爾上帝耶和華、必於凡爾所為、錫嘏於爾、○

彼與購者、同自鬻時、計至禧年、揆其期之遠近、酌傭人之值幾何、以償鬻金之多寡、

以善言慰耶路撒冷、告以彼之戰事已終、其罪已赦、因諸愆尤、倍受責罰於耶和華之手、○
