神大有能力，並且不藐視人，他的智慧大有能力。

因為他不輕看，不厭惡受苦的人的痛苦，也沒有掩面不顧他；受苦的人呼求的時候，他就垂聽。

耶和華用自己的能力創造了大地，用自己的智慧堅立了世界，又用自己的聰明展開了諸天。

耶和華雖然高高在上，仍然看顧卑微的人；他卻從遠處認出驕傲的人。

論到全能者，我們無法把他查出；他大有能力與公平，又滿有公義，他必不苦待人。

我們的主偉大，大有能力；他的智慧無法測度。

你的計劃偉大，你的作為滿有能力；你的眼睛睜開，察看世人一切所行的，要照著各人的行為，和各人所作的事應得的結果來報應各人。

他以能力攪動大海，以聰明擊傷拉哈伯。他以自己的氣使天晴朗，他的手刺穿逃跑的蛇。這些不過是他的作為的一點點，我們從他那裡所聽到的，是多麼的微小！他大能的雷聲誰能夠明白呢？”

我的僕婢與我爭論的時候，我若輕視他們的案件，

他有智慧與能力，又有謀略與聰明。他所拆毀的，就不能重建，他所囚禁的，就不能釋放。他若把水阻截，水就乾涸，他再把水放出，水就使地翻倒。他有大能與智謀，受騙的與騙人的，都是屬他的。

但對那些蒙召的人，不論是猶太人或希臘人，基督是神的能力，神的智慧。因為神的愚笨總比人智慧，神的軟弱總比人剛強。弟兄們，你們想想，你們這些蒙召的，按人（“人”或譯：“世上的標準”、“世界的標準”）來看有智慧的不多，有權勢的不多，出身尊貴的也不多。但是神卻揀選了世上愚笨的，使那些有智慧的羞愧。他也揀選了世上軟弱的，使那些剛強的羞愧。他也揀選了世上卑賤的和被人輕視的，以及算不得甚麼的，為了要廢棄那些自以為是的，

何況我呢？我怎敢回答他，措辭與他辯論呢？

壓迫無辜，又棄絕你手所作的，卻喜悅惡人的計謀，你都以為美嗎？

王有能力（“王有能力”原文作“王的能力”），喜愛公正；你堅立正義；你在雅各家施行公正和公義。

若論力量，他多麼強大，若論訴訟，他說：‘誰能把我傳來？’
