He entreats God, and God delights in him, he sees God’s face with rejoicing, and God restores to him his righteousness.

祈禱上帝、蒙其悅納、使之歡然覲見、而復其人之義、

祈禱上帝、蒙主悅納、復獲福祉、歡然見主、

若祈禱天主、蒙天主悅納、使其歡然得覲天主面、天主必按人之義以報之、

then that person can pray to God and find favor with him, they will see God’s face and shout for joy; he will restore them to full well- being.

Then that person can pray to God and be blessed by him. They will see God’s face and shout for joy. God will make them well and happy again.

then man prays to God, and he accepts him; he sees his face with a shout of joy, and he restores to man his righteousness.

When he prays to God, he will be accepted. And God will receive him with joy and restore him to good standing.

He will pray to God, and God will delight in him. That person will see his face with a shout of joy, and God will restore his righteousness to him.

Then he will pray to God, and He will accept him, So that he may see His face with joy, And He will restore His righteousness to that person.

For people will live in Zion; in Jerusalem you will weep no more. When he hears your cry of despair, he will indeed show you mercy; when he hears it, he will respond to you.

For his anger lasts only a brief moment, and his good favor restores one’s life. One may experience sorrow during the night, but joy arrives in the morning.

I love the LORD because he heard my plea for mercy,and listened to me. As long as I live, I will call to him when I need help.The ropes of death tightened around me, the snares of Sheol confronted me. I was confronted with trouble and sorrow.I called on the name of the LORD,“ Please LORD, rescue my life!”The LORD is merciful and fair; our God is compassionate.The LORD protects the untrained; I was in serious trouble and he delivered me.

You lead me in the path of life; I experience absolute joy in your presence; you always give me sheer delight.

‘ Call on me in prayer and I will answer you. I will show you great and mysterious things which you still do not know about.’

So now take seven bulls and seven rams and go to my servant Job and offer a burnt offering for yourselves. The LORD repaid me for my godly deeds; he rewarded my blameless behavior.

O LORD, in your good favor you made me secure. Then you rejected me and I was terrified.To you, O LORD, I cried out; I begged the Lord for mercy:“ What profit is there in taking my life, in my descending into the Pit? Can the dust of the grave praise you? Can it declare your loyalty?Hear, O LORD, and have mercy on me! The Annals of the Prophets include his prayer, give an account of how the LORD responded to it, record all his sins and unfaithful acts, and identify the sites where he built high places and erected Asherah poles and idols before he humbled himself.

Whoever receives a prophet in the name of a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward. Whoever receives a righteous person in the name of a righteous person will receive a righteous person’s reward.And whoever gives only a cup of cold water to one of these little ones in the name of a disciple, I tell you the truth, he will never lose his reward.”

For he repays a person for his work, and according to the conduct of a person, he causes the consequences to find him.

The LORD rewards each man for his integrity and loyalty. Even though today the LORD delivered you into my hand, I was not willing to extend my hand against the LORD’s chosen one.

Then the Lord told him,“ Get up and go to the street called‘ Straight,’ and at Judas’ house look for a man from Tarsus named Saul. For he is praying,

The LORD deserves praise, for he has heard my plea for mercy!

If you say,“ But we did not know about this,” does not the one who evaluates hearts consider? Does not the one who guards your life know? Will he not repay each person according to his deeds?

Many say,“ Who can show us anything good?” Smile upon us, LORD!You make me happier than those who have abundant grain and wine.

so that they caused the cry of the poor to come before him, so that he hears the cry of the needy.

and said,“ I called out to the LORD from my distress, and he answered me; from the belly of Sheol I cried out for help, and you heard my prayer.You threw me into the deep waters, into the middle of the sea; the ocean current engulfed me; all the mighty waves you sent swept over me.I thought I had been banished from your sight, that I would never again see your holy temple!Water engulfed me up to my neck; the deep ocean surrounded me; seaweed was wrapped around my head.I went down to the very bottoms of the mountains; the gates of the netherworld barred me in forever; but you brought me up from the Pit, O LORD, my God.When my life was ebbing away, I called out to the LORD, and my prayer came to your holy temple.

He regarded abuse suffered for Christ to be greater wealth than the treasures of Egypt, for his eyes were fixed on the reward.

The LORD make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you;The LORD lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.”’

Surely then you will delight yourself in the Almighty, and will lift up your face toward God.You will pray to him and he will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows to him.

You have made known to me the paths of life; you will make me full of joy with your presence.’

and you, O Lord, demonstrate loyal love. For you repay men for what they do.

When he calls out to me, I will answer him. I will be with him when he is in trouble; I will rescue him and bring him honor.

He turned his face to the wall and prayed to the LORD,“ Please, LORD. Remember how I have served you faithfully and with wholehearted devotion, and how I have carried out your will.” Then Hezekiah wept bitterly.Isaiah was still in the middle courtyard when the LORD told him,“ Go back and tell Hezekiah, the leader of my people:‘ This is what the LORD God of your ancestor David says:“ I have heard your prayer; I have seen your tears. Look, I will heal you. The day after tomorrow you will go up to the LORD’s temple.

May God show us his favor and bless us! May he smile on us!( Selah)

Now to the one who is able to keep you from falling, and to cause you to stand, rejoicing, without blemish before his glorious presence,

They say,‘ An awful disease overwhelms him, and now that he is bed-ridden he will never recover.’Even my close friend whom I trusted, he who shared meals with me, has turned against me.As for you, O LORD, have mercy on me and raise me up, so I can pay them back!”By this I know that you are pleased with me, for my enemy does not triumph over me.

To you, O LORD, I cry out! My protector, do not ignore me! If you do not respond to me, I will join those who are descending into the grave.Hear my plea for mercy when I cry out to you for help, when I lift my hands toward your holy temple!

In his pain Manasseh asked the LORD his God for mercy and truly humbled himself before the God of his ancestors.When he prayed to the LORD, the LORD responded to him and answered favorably his cry for mercy. The LORD brought him back to Jerusalem to his kingdom. Then Manasseh realized that the LORD is the true God.
