“ Certainly there is a mine for silver And a place for refining gold.

『因為出銀子總有礦，煉金子也有一定地方。

出銀有鑛、鍊金有方、

出銀有自、煉金有方、

銀有穴可尋、鍊金有處可得、

There is a mine for silver and a place where gold is refined.

There are mines where silver is found. There are places where gold is purified.

“ Surely there is a mine for silver, and a place for gold that they refine.

“ People know where to mine silver and how to refine gold.

Surely there is a mine for silver and a place where gold is refined.

“ Surely there is a mine for silver, And a place where gold is refined.

Surely there is a mine for silver, And a place for gold which they refine.

Surely there is a mine for silver and a place where gold is refined.

Surely there is a vein for the silver, and a place for gold[ where] they fine[ it].

“ Surely there is a mine for silver, and a place where gold is refined.

“ Surely there is a mine for silver, and a place for gold which they refine.

Now with all my ability I have provided for the house of my God the gold for the things of gold, the silver for the things of silver, the bronze for the things of bronze, the iron for the things of iron, wood for the things of wood, onyx stones and inlaid stones, stones of antimony and stones of various colors, and all kinds of precious stones and alabaster in abundance.In addition, in my delight in the house of my God, the treasure I have of gold and silver, I give to the house of my God, over and above all that I have already provided for the holy temple,namely, three thousand talents of gold, from the gold of Ophir, and seven thousand talents of refined silver, to overlay the walls of the buildings;gold for the things of gold and silver for the things of silver, that is, for all the work done by the craftsmen. Who then is willing to consecrate himself this day to the Lord?”

Solomon also made all the furniture that was in the house of the Lord: the golden altar and the golden table on which was set the bread of the Presence;and the lampstands of pure gold, five on the right side and five on the left, in front of the inner sanctuary; and the flowers, the lamps, and the tongs, of gold;also the cups, the shears, the bowls, the ladles, and the firepans, of pure gold; and the hinges both for the doors of the inner house, the Most Holy Place, and for the doors of the house, that is, for the main room, of gold.

The crucible is for silver and the furnace for gold, And each is tested by the praise accorded him.

“ But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire, and like launderer’s soap.And He will sit as a smelter and purifier of silver, and He will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver, so that they may present to the Lord offerings in righteousness.

so that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which perishes though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.

The refining pot is for silver and the furnace for gold, But the Lord tests hearts.

Now all King Solomon’s drinking utensils were of gold, and all the utensils of the house of the timber of Lebanon were of pure gold. None was of silver; it was not considered as amounting to anything in the days of Solomon.

The name of the first is Pishon; it flows around the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold.The gold of that land is good; the bdellium and the onyx stone are there as well.

“ My lord, listen to me: a plot of land worth four hundred shekels of silver— what is that between me and you? So bury your dead.”

The words of the Lord are pure words; Like silver refined in a furnace on the ground, filtered seven times.
