When he’s working in the north, I don’t see him there. When he turns to the south, I don’t see him there either.

他在左边行事，我却不能看见，在右边隐藏，我也不能见他。

他在左边行事，我却看不见他；他转向右边，我也见不到他。

他在左边行事，我却看不见他；他转向右边，我也见不到他。

祂在北边工作，我看不见祂；祂转到南边，我也看不见祂。

他在左边行事，我却见不到；他在右边隐藏，我却看不见。

他在左邊行事，我卻不能看見，在右邊隱藏，我也不能見他。

他在左邊行事，我卻看不見他；他轉向右邊，我也見不到他。

祂在北邊工作，我看不見祂；祂轉到南邊，我也看不見祂。

他在左邊行事，我卻見不到；他在右邊隱藏，我卻看不見。

北邊呢，他在作事，我望不着他；我轉向南邊，也看不見。

彼造作於左、我不能睹、彼隱匿於右、我不克覯、

意其匿於左、而不能遇、意其隱於右、而不克覯。

意其治事於北、而不得遇、意其隱藏於南、而不得睹、

When he is at work in the north, I do not see him; when he turns to the south, I catch no glimpse of him.

on the left hand when he is working, I do not behold him; he turns to the right hand, but I do not see him.

I do not see him in the north, for he is hidden. I look to the south, but he is concealed.

When he is at work to the north, I cannot see him; when he turns south, I cannot find him.

When He acts on the left, I cannot see Him; He turns to the right, but I cannot see Him.

When He works on the left hand, I cannot behold Him; When He turns to the right hand, I cannot see Him.

On the left hand, when he doth work, but I cannot behold him; He hideth himself on the right hand, that I cannot see him.

In the north when he is at work, I do not see him; when he turns to the south, I see no trace of him.

He works to the north, but I can’t see him. He turns south, but I can’t catch a glimpse of him.

Lord, how long will you hide yourself? Will it be forever? How long will your anger burn like fire?

I will wait for the Lord. He is turning his face away from Jacob’s people. I will put my trust in him.
