『就是今日我的哀怨還是沉痛呢：我雖哀聲嘆氣，他的手仍重重責罰我。

今我之愬、謂為悖逆、而所受之譴責、甚於我之呻吟、

我心焦勞、大放厥詞、彼降重災、使我欷歔欲絕。

我苦自訴、至今猶視為悖逆、或作我辨白至今覺苦甚我受之譴責、甚於我之歎息、

I am disgusted with my life. I will give vent to my complaint and speak in the bitterness of my soul.

Remember my affliction and my homelessness, the wormwood and the poison.I continually remember them and have become depressed.

Therefore I will not restrain my mouth. I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.

For day and night your hand was heavy on me; my strength was drained as in the summer’s heat. Selah

He would show you the secrets of wisdom, for true wisdom has two sides. Know then that God has chosen to overlook some of your iniquity.

If only my grief could be weighed and my devastation placed with it on the scales.For then it would outweigh the sand of the seas! That is why my words are rash.
