其食至腹則變、成為虺膽於中、

一入腹中、即變為苦、在其腹中、成為虺蛇之毒、

yet his food will turn sour in his stomach; it will become the venom of serpents within him.

But their food will turn sour in their stomachs. It will become like the poison of a serpent inside them.

Yet his food in his bowels is turned, It is the gall of asps within him.

厥喉似破塋、其舌施詭詐、其唇藏蝮毒、

蕩檢者勿交、沉湎者勿友、蓋饕餮甘酒、必致貧、思寢之人必衣敝。

爾既藐視我、以赫人烏利亞之妻為妻、人必以刃擊爾家、歷久不已。耶和華又云、我必使惡人生於爾家、爾之骨肉奪爾嬪妃、白晝宣淫、為爾目擊。

萬有之主耶和華曰、爾犯罪違道、必遭刑譴、俾爾知、遐棄我躬、不畏我威者、必備嘗艱苦。

萬有之主耶和華曰、如爾不聽、不悉心以思維、歸榮我名、我必降爾以災、以爾純嘏、變為咒詛、因爾不思、我已詛爾、

耶和華兮、勿震怒予、譴責予、利鏃射予、重災降予、爰爾震怒、我體不痊、因予罪戾、我躬弗安、我罪孔多、如水滅頂、任重難負兮、予因妄為而遇重傷、肉臭膿流兮、我躬拳曲、終日殷憂兮、腰骨如炙、百體不痊兮、力衰而糜爛、心憂而欷歔兮、

我不言己罪、終日欷歔、筋骨漸衰、爾朝夕譴我、精氣漸涸、有如夏日、嘆其乾兮、

昔爾傷予、害同折骨、今也求爾施恩、使予忻喜兮、勿鑒察我惡、必塗抹我愆兮、

誰遭禍患、誰起爭競、誰搆怨尤、誰目赤身傷、出於無因、惟耽麯櫱、嘗旨否、調劑甚厚者則若是。勿以觀酒為樂、其色貴朱、入爵則沸、依法而流、不知其終、酒傷若蛇、其毒若蝮、既沈湎於酒、則目注淫婦、心思邪僻、其危也、若偃息海中、高枕桅上。勿自謂受擊而不傷、醉為無害、醒而再飲。

或飲蛇毒而亡、或為蝮螫而死。

年饑而民餒、體熱而人廢、絕於疫癘、嚙於獸齒、傷於毒蛇、

日昃、大闢自床起、陟宮巔而遨遊、見婦沐浴、色殊艶麗。乃遣人問婦為誰。或曰、以連之女、拔示巴、適赫人烏利亞為妻。大闢遣使取之、既至與之偕寢、婦蒙不潔、自濯其身而歸。旋即懷妊、遣人告大闢曰、我已懷妊。

故必自取其戾、所謀不軌、反及其身。
