我，我也能說話、像你們那樣啊；只要你們處於我的境遇，那、我也會編撰言論來攻擊你們，向你們搖頭呀；

我亦能言爾所言、假使爾心處於我心之境、我亦能輯詞責爾、向爾搖首、

浸假爾與我易地以處、則我亦能長言以責爾、搖首以欺爾。

假使爾處我境、則我亦能如爾言、亦能造辭責爾、亦能向爾搖首、

I also could speak like you, if you were in my place; I could make fine speeches against you and shake my head at you.

看见我的人都讥笑我，他们撇着嘴、摇着头说：

仇敌都嘲笑我，他们看见我就连连摇头。

路人都拍掌嘲笑你。他们向耶路撒冷城摇头，嗤笑道：“这就是那被誉为完美无瑕、普世喜悦的城吗？”

因此，他们的土地必荒凉，永远遭人嗤笑，经过此地的人无不惊惧，摇头叹息。

以下是耶和华对他的判语，“‘锡安的居民藐视你，嘲笑你；耶路撒冷的居民朝你逃窜的背影摇头。

“所以，你们希望人怎样待你们，就要怎样待人，这是律法和先知的教导。

言多必失，智者慎言。

“即使绝望者抛弃对上帝的敬畏，也应该得到朋友的恩待。

约伯啊，这尽是虚言，是一大堆无知的话。”

愚人高谈阔论，其实无人知道将来的事，人死后，谁能告诉他世间的事呢？

过路的人都嘲笑祂，摇着头说：“你这声称把圣殿拆毁又在三天内重建的人啊，救救自己吧！你要是上帝的儿子，就从十字架上下来吧！”

这就是那欢乐安逸、自以为无与伦比的城，现在竟然如此荒凉，成为野兽栖息之地！路过的人都摇手嘲笑它。

“要是能称量我的苦难，把我的灾殃放在秤上，那将比海沙还重；所以我言语鲁莽。因为全能者的箭射中我，箭毒侵蚀我的灵，祂使恐惧列队袭来。野驴有草岂会叫唤？牛有饲料岂会哞叫？

“难道滔滔不绝就无人反驳？难道唠唠叨叨就证明有理？

要与喜乐的人同乐，与哀哭的人同哭。

如果身体某个肢体感到痛苦，全身也一同受苦。如果某个肢体得到荣耀，全身也一同喜乐。

你使我们成为列国的笑柄，人们对我们连连摇头。
