“ I have much to say in judgment of you. But he who sent me is trustworthy, and what I have heard from him I tell the world.”

“ I have a lot to say that will judge you. But the one who sent me can be trusted. And I tell the world what I have heard from him.”

I have much to say about you and much to judge, but he who sent me is true, and I declare to the world what I have heard from him.”

我不再称你们为仆人，因为仆人不知道主人所作的事；我已经称你们为朋友了，因为我从我父那里听见的一切，都已经告诉你们了。

当时耶稣在殿里教导人，大声说：“你们以为认识我，也知道我从哪里来，其实我不是凭着自己的意思来的，但那差我来的是真实的，你们却不认识他。

现在我把从神那里听见的真理告诉了你们，你们竟然想杀我，这不是亚伯拉罕所作的。

我知道你们心里没有神的爱。我奉我父的名而来，你们不接待我；如果有别人以自己的名义而来，你们倒接待他。

他把所见所闻的见证出来，可是没有人接受他的见证。那接受他的见证的，就确认神是真的。

“我还有许多事要告诉你们，可是你们现在担当不了；

耶稣说：“我的教训不是我自己的，而是出于那差我来的。

因为你赐给我的话，我已经给了他们，他们也领受了，又确实知道我是从你那里来的，并且信你差了我来。

论到这些事，我们有很多话要说，可是很难解释；因为你们已经迟钝了，听不进去。到这个时候，你们应该已经作老师了；可是你们还需要有人再把神道理的初步教导你们。你们成了只能吃奶而不能吃干粮的人！

神是信实的，我们向你们所传的道并不是“是”而又“非”的，

耶稣说：“我到这世上来是为了审判，使那看不见的能够看见，能看见的反而成了瞎眼的。”有些和耶稣在一起的法利赛人听了这话，就说：“难道我们也是瞎眼的吗？”耶稣对他们说：“如果你们是瞎眼的，就没有罪了；但现在你们说‘我们能看见’，所以你们还是有罪的。”

即使我判断人，我的判断也是正确的，因为我不是独自一人，而是差我来的父和我在一起。你们的律法上也写着：‘两个人的见证才是真的。’

人若听见我的话却不遵守的，我不审判他，因为我来不是要审判世人，而是要拯救世人。弃绝我又不接受我的话的人，自有审判他的。我所讲的道在末日要定他的罪；因为我没有凭着自己说话，而是差我来的父给了我命令，要我说什么，讲什么。我知道他的命令就是永生。所以，我所讲的，正是父吩咐我要我讲的。”
