So Jesus said again,“ I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you cannot have eternal life within you.

耶穌曰、我誠告爾、不食人子肉、不飲人子血、則不得生、

耶穌謂之曰我誠告爾、我乃人子、爾曹若不食我肉、不飲我血、則爾內無生、

猶太人互相爭論曰：『斯人亦焉能以其軀體食吾人乎？』

Jesus said to them,“ Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.

Jesus therefore said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, ye have not life in yourselves.

So Jesus said to them,“ I assure you: Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you do not have life in yourselves.

Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.

Jesus said to them,“ I tell you the solemn truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in yourselves.

Jesus therefore said to them,“ Most certainly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you don’t have life in yourselves.

As they were eating, Jesus took some bread and blessed it. Then he broke it in pieces and gave it to the disciples, saying,“ Take this and eat it, for this is my body.”And he took a cup of wine and gave thanks to God for it. He gave it to them and said,“ Each of you drink from it,for this is my blood, which confirms the covenant between God and his people. It is poured out as a sacrifice to forgive the sins of many.

For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink.

Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me.

“ I tell you the truth, anyone who believes has eternal life.

Jesus replied,“ I tell you the truth, you want to be with me because I fed you, not because you understood the miraculous signs.But don’t be so concerned about perishable things like food. Spend your energy seeking the eternal life that the Son of Man can give you. For God the Father has given me the seal of his approval.”

Jesus replied,“ I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”

“ Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches. To everyone who is victorious I will give some of the manna that has been hidden away in heaven. And I will give to each one a white stone, and on the stone will be engraved a new name that no one understands except the one who receives it.

Then he said,“ I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven.

Not at all! And you will perish, too, unless you repent of your sins and turn to God.

No, and I tell you again that unless you repent, you will perish, too.”

And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment.”

Jesus replied,“ I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.

“ No,” Peter protested,“ you will never ever wash my feet!” Jesus replied,“ Unless I wash you, you won’t belong to me.”

I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not even the smallest detail of God’s law will disappear until its purpose is achieved.

“ Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches. To everyone who is victorious I will give fruit from the tree of life in the paradise of God.

But Jesus replied,“ Foxes have dens to live in, and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place even to lay his head.”
