Jesus answered,“ Very truly I tell you, you are looking for me, not because you saw the signs I performed but because you ate the loaves and had your fill.

Jesus answered,“ What I’m about to tell you is true. You are not looking for me because you saw the signs I did. You are looking for me because you ate the loaves until you were full.

Jesus answered them,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, you are seeking me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate your fill of the loaves.

Jesus replied,“ I tell you the truth, you want to be with me because I fed you, not because you understood the miraculous signs.

Jesus answered them and said,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate some of the loaves and were filled.

因为大家都寻求自己的事，不寻求耶稣基督的事。

你们求也不能得到，是因为你们求的动机不对，为了要花费在自己的私欲上。你们这些淫乱的人哪！难道你们不知道，与世界为友，就是与神为敌吗？所以，如果有人想要和世界做朋友，他就成了神的仇敌！

因为这样的人不是服事我们的主基督，而是服事自己的私欲。他们用花言巧语，欺骗单纯人的心。

那时他们才相信了他的话，歌唱对他的赞美。但他们很快就忘记了他的作为，也没有等候他的带领。他们在旷野中极其贪心，在荒漠中试探神。

他们的结局就是灭亡；他们的神就是自己的私欲；他们的荣耀在自己的羞耻之中；他们所思想的都是地上的事。

他们的心对他不坚定，他们也不忠于他的约。

他在那些理性败坏、丧失真理、以为敬神是得利之道的人中，引发无休止的争吵。

西门看见因着使徒们的按手，有圣灵赐下，就拿了钱给他们，说：“请把这权柄也给我，使我按手在谁身上，谁就可以领受圣灵。”彼得对他说：“你的银子和你一起灭亡吧！因为你以为神的恩赐可以用钱买到！你在这件事上无份无关，因为在神面前你的心不正。

有一大群人，因为看到他在病人身上所行的神迹，就跟随他。

耶稣回答：“我确确实实地告诉你：一个人如果不是由水和圣灵所生的，就不能进入神的国。

耶稣回答说：“我确确实实地告诉你：一个人如果不重生，就不能见神的国。”

耶稣看出他们要来强迫他做王，就又独自退到山上去了。

这样，众人一发现耶稣已经不在那里，连他的门徒们也不在那里，就上了船，往迦百农去找耶稣。

“我确确实实地告诉你们：信我的人，就有永恒的生命。

然而你们当中有一些不信的人。”原来，耶稣从起初就知道哪些人不信，也知道哪一个人要出卖他。

他们就问：“那么，你行个什么神迹，好让我们看了就可以信你呢？你可以做什么呢？

耶稣说：“我确确实实地告诉你们：如果你们不吃人子的肉，不喝人子的血，你们里面就没有生命。
