神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时都可得到的帮助。

那时，有一个人来了，名叫叶鲁，他是一位会堂主管。他俯伏在耶稣脚前，求他往他家里去，

过了些日子，耶稣再回到迦百农。一听说他在屋子里，许多人就都来聚集，甚至连门前都没有地方了，耶稣就对他们讲道。那时有人把一个瘫子带到耶稣那里，是由四个人抬来的。

他听见是拿撒勒人耶稣，就喊叫，说：“大卫的子孙耶稣啊，可怜我吧！”

吕大靠近约帕，门徒听说彼得在那边，就派两个人去求他，说：“请到我们那边去，不要耽延！”

马利亚来到耶稣那里，一看见他，就俯伏在他脚前，说：“主啊，如果你早在这里，我的兄弟就不会死了！”

就跑遍那一带地方，把有病的人放在褥子上，听见他在哪里，就抬到哪里。耶稣无论到什么地方，或村庄，或城市，或乡野，众人都把病人放在街上，求耶稣准他们摸他衣服的繸子，摸着的人就都好了。

马大对耶稣说：“主啊，如果你早在这里，我的兄弟就不会死了！

耶稣就和他们同去。离那家不远的时候，百夫长派几个朋友来说：“主啊，不必劳驾，因为你到舍下来，我实在不敢当，我也觉得没有资格去见你；只要你说一句话，我的仆人就必好了。因为我自己是在别人的权下，也有兵在我以下；我对这个说：‘去！’他就去；对另一个说：‘来！’他就来；对我的仆人说：‘作这个！’他就作。”
