閱一時許、更有人堅言曰：『此人確為彼黨、亦加利利人也。』伯鐸祿曰：『吾實不知君之所云。』言未已而雞鳴矣。

伯鐸祿又不承。無何、旁立者又謂之曰：『爾確為彼之同黨、蓋爾亦加利利人耳。』伯鐸祿乃且咒且誓曰：『吾實不識爾所云之彼人也！』

無何、旁立者更進謂伯鐸祿曰：『爾確為彼黨、聽爾之方音、已可知之矣。』
