“ I have manifested Your name to the men whom You have given Me out of the world. They were Yours, You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word.

凡父所拔於世而賜於予之人、予已以父名示之。若輩本屬於父、而父以之賜予、其人皆服膺父之慈訓、

“ I have revealed you to those whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours; you gave them to me and they have obeyed your word.

I manifested thy name unto the men whom thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them to me; and they have kept thy word.

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life.

He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”Judas( not Iscariot) said to Him,“ Lord, how is it that You will manifest Yourself to us, and not to the world?”Jesus answered and said to him,“ If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me.

as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him.

This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations.’

Now the Lord descended in the cloud and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the Lord.And the Lord passed before him and proclaimed,“ The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abounding in goodness and truth,keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the children’s children to the third and the fourth generation.”

“ Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out.

I will declare Your name to My brethren; In the midst of the assembly I will praise You.

“ I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.

If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand.

just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will,to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His gracewhich He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence,having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself,that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth— in Him.In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will,

But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth,to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

“ I know your works, and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days in which Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.

When wisdom enters your heart, And knowledge is pleasant to your soul,

Buy the truth, and do not sell it, Also wisdom and instruction and understanding.

You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.

This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day.

Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.

No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.

saying:“ I will declare Your name to My brethren; In the midst of the assembly I will sing praise to You.”

If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

Hold fast the pattern of sound words which you have heard from me, in faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.

God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel, saying,

But indeed for this purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth.

In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said,“ I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.”

They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.

For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

“ I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours.And all Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine, and I am glorified in them.Now I am no longer in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to You. Holy Father, keep through Your name those whom You have given Me, that they may be one as We are.

My son, if you receive my words, And treasure my commands within you,So that you incline your ear to wisdom, And apply your heart to understanding;Yes, if you cry out for discernment, And lift up your voice for understanding,If you seek her as silver, And search for her as for hidden treasures;Then you will understand the fear of the Lord, And find the knowledge of God.

Father, glorify Your name.” Then a voice came from heaven, saying,“ I have both glorified it and will glorify it again.”

At that time Jesus answered and said,“ I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes.Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

that the saying might be fulfilled which He spoke,“ Of those whom You gave Me I have lost none.”

but Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.

Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him,“ If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.

O God, You have taught me from my youth; And to this day I declare Your wondrous works.Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, do not forsake me, Until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to everyone who is to come.Also Your righteousness, O God, is very high, You who have done great things; O God, who is like You?

My son, do not forget my law, But let your heart keep my commands;For length of days and long life And peace they will add to you.Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart,And so find favor and high esteem In the sight of God and man.

Now when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad and glorified the word of the Lord. And as many as had been appointed to eternal life believed.
