I have revealed Your name to the men You gave Me from the world. They were Yours, You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word.

“ I have revealed you to those whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours; you gave them to me and they have obeyed your word.

I manifested thy name unto the men whom thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them to me; and they have kept thy word.

I made Your name known to them and will make it known, so the love You have loved Me with may be in them and I may be in them.

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding so that we may know the true One. We are in the true One— that is, in His Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

The one who has My commands and keeps them is the one who loves Me. And the one who loves Me will be loved by My Father. I also will love him and will reveal Myself to him.”Judas( not Iscariot) said to Him,“ Lord, how is it You’re going to reveal Yourself to us and not to the world?”Jesus answered,“ If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.The one who doesn’t love Me will not keep My words. The word that you hear is not Mine but is from the Father who sent Me.

for You gave Him authority over all flesh; so He may give eternal life to all You have given Him.

Then Moses asked God,“ If I go to the Israelites and say to them: The God of your fathers has sent me to you, and they ask me,‘ What is His name?’ what should I tell them?”God replied to Moses,“ I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: I AM has sent me to you.”God also said to Moses,“ Say this to the Israelites: Yahweh, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever; this is how I am to be remembered in every generation.

The Lord came down in a cloud, stood with him there, and proclaimed His name Yahweh.Then the Lord passed in front of him and proclaimed: Yahweh— Yahweh is a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger and rich in faithful love and truth,maintaining faithful love to a thousand generations, forgiving wrongdoing, rebellion, and sin. But He will not leave the guilty unpunished, bringing the consequences of the fathers’ wrongdoing on the children and grandchildren to the third and fourth generation.

Father, I desire those You have given Me to be with Me where I am. Then they will see My glory, which You have given Me because You loved Me before the world’s foundation.

Everyone the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will never cast out.

I will proclaim Your name to my brothers; I will praise You in the congregation.

I know your works. Because you have limited strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name, look, I have placed before you an open door that no one is able to close.

If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own. However, because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of it, the world hates you.

My sheep hear My voice, I know them, and they follow Me.I give them eternal life, and they will never perish— ever! No one will snatch them out of My hand.My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.

For He chose us in Him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy and blameless in His sight. In loveHe predestined us to be adopted through Jesus Christ for Himself, according to His favor and will,to the praise of His glorious grace that He favored us with in the Beloved.We have redemption in Him through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His gracethat He lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding.He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure that He planned in Himfor the administration of the days of fulfillment— to bring everything together in the Messiah, both things in heaven and things on earth in Him.We have also received an inheritance in Him, predestined according to the purpose of the One who works out everything in agreement with the decision of His will,

But we must always thank God for you, brothers loved by the Lord, because from the beginning God has chosen you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and through belief in the truth.He called you to this through our gospel, so that you might obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I know where you live— where Satan’s throne is! And you are holding on to My name and did not deny your faith in Me, even in the days of Antipas, My faithful witness who was killed among you, where Satan lives.

For wisdom will enter your mind, and knowledge will delight your heart.

Buy— and do not sell— truth, wisdom, instruction, and understanding.

You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you.

This is the will of Him who sent Me: that I should lose none of those He has given Me but should raise them up on the last day.

I have treasured Your word in my heart so that I may not sin against You.

No one has ever seen God. The One and Only Son— the One who is at the Father’s side— He has revealed Him.

saying: I will proclaim Your name to My brothers; I will sing hymns to You in the congregation.

If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you want and it will be done for you.

Hold on to the pattern of sound teaching that you have heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.

God has not rejected His people whom He foreknew. Or don’t you know what the Scripture says in the passage about Elijah— how he pleads with God against Israel?

However, I have let you live for this purpose: to show you My power and to make My name known in all the earth.

In that same hour He rejoiced in the Holy Spirit and said,“ I praise You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because You have hidden these things from the wise and the learned and have revealed them to infants. Yes, Father, because this was Your good pleasure.All things have been entrusted to Me by My Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son desires to reveal Him.”

They are not of the world, as I am not of the world.

For God who said,“ Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of God’s glory in the face of Jesus Christ.

I am not praying for the world but for those You have given Me, because they are Yours.Everything I have is Yours, and everything You have is Mine, and I have been glorified in them.I am no longer in the world, but they are in the world, and I am coming to You. Holy Father, protect them by Your name that You have given Me, so that they may be one as We are one.

My son, if you accept my words and store up my commands within you,listening closely to wisdom and directing your heart to understanding;furthermore, if you call out to insight and lift your voice to understanding,if you seek it like silver and search for it like hidden treasure,then you will understand the fear of the Lord and discover the knowledge of God.

So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed Him,“ If you continue in My word, you really are My disciples.You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.For those He foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brothers.And those He predestined, He also called; and those He called, He also justified; and those He justified, He also glorified.

I have given them Your word. The world hated them because they are not of the world, as I am not of the world.

God, You have taught me from my youth, and I still proclaim Your wonderful works.Even when I am old and gray, God, do not abandon me. Then I will proclaim Your power to another generation, Your strength to all who are to come.Your righteousness reaches heaven, God, You who have done great things; God, who is like You?

My son, don’t forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commands;for they will bring you many days, a full life, and well-being.Never let loyalty and faithfulness leave you. Tie them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart.Then you will find favor and high regard in the sight of God and man.
