是日爾將無所問於予矣。予切實語爾爾有所祈於父、父必以予名義、賜之於爾。

In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Very truly I tell you, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.

When that day comes, you will no longer ask me for anything. What I’m about to tell you is true. My Father will give you anything you ask for in my name.

In that day you will ask nothing of me. Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you.

At that time you won’t need to ask me for anything. I tell you the truth, you will ask the Father directly, and he will grant your request because you use my name.

“ In that day you will not ask me anything. Truly I tell you, anything you ask the Father in my name, he will give you.

“ And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you.

And in that day ye shall ask me no question. Verily, verily, I say unto you, If ye shall ask anything of the Father, he will give it you in my name.

In that day you will not ask Me anything.“ I assure you: Anything you ask the Father in My name, He will give you.

And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give[ it] you.

At that time you will ask me nothing. I tell you the solemn truth, whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you.

“ In that day you will ask me no questions. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you.

If you remain in Me, and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.

This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him.If anyone sees his brother or sister committing a sin not leading to death, he shall ask and God will, for him, give life to those who commit sin not leading to death. There is sin leading to death; I am not saying that he should ask about that.

And whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive it all.”

It will also come to pass that before they call, I will answer; while they are still speaking, I will listen.

And whatever you ask in My name, this I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.

Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus,by a new and living way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is, through His flesh,and since we have a great priest over the house of God,let’s approach God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.Let’s hold firmly to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful;

On that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you are in Me, and I in you.

“ Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

On that day you will ask in My name, and I am not saying to you that I will request of the Father on your behalf;

No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, because all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you.You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you.

Jesus knew that they wanted to question Him, and He said to them,“ Are you deliberating together about this, that I said,‘ A little while, and you are not going to see Me, and again a little while, and you will see Me’?

Simon Peter* said to Him,“ Lord, where are You going?” Jesus answered,“ Where I am going, you cannot follow Me now; but you will follow later.”Peter* said to Him,“ Lord, why can I not follow You right now? I will lay down my life for You.”

My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous;

for through Him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father.

For this reason I bend my knees before the Father,from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name,that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner self,so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love,may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth,and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled to all the fullness of God.Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us,

Thomas* said to Him,“ Lord, we do not know where You are going; how do we know the way?”

Judas( not Iscariot)* said to Him,“ Lord, what has happened that You are going to reveal Yourself to us and not to the world?”

Therefore He is also able to save forever those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.For it was fitting for us to have such a high priest, holy, innocent, undefiled, separated from sinners, and exalted above the heavens;

Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let’s hold firmly to our confession.For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things just as we are, yet without sin.Therefore let’s approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace for help at the time of our need.

Now we know that You know all things, and that You have no need for anyone to question You; this is why we believe that You came forth from God.”

For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the testimony given at the proper time.

Peter turned around and* saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following them— the one who also had leaned back on His chest at the supper and said,“ Lord, who is the one who is betraying You?”So Peter, upon seeing him,* said to Jesus,“ Lord, and what about this man?”
