凡不结好果子的树就砍下来，丢在火里。

就如一块田地吸收过屡次下的雨水，生长蔬菜，合乎耕种的人用，就从神得福。这块田地若长荆棘和蒺藜，必被废弃，近于诅咒，结局就是焚烧。

凡属我不结果子的枝子，他就剪掉；凡结果子的，他就修剪干净，使枝子结果子更多。

但在烈怒中它被拔出，摔在地上；东风吹干其果子，那坚固的枝干因折断而枯干，被火烧毁；如今这葡萄树移植于旷野，在干旱无水之地，火从枝干中发出，烧灭它的枝条和它的果子，以致不再有坚固的枝干，可作统治者的权杖。这是哀伤之歌，成为一首哀歌。

人子要差遣他的使者，把一切使人跌倒的和作恶的从他国里挑出来，

倘若他们因认识我们的主和救主耶稣基督而得以脱离世上的污秽，后来又被污秽缠住，被制伏，他们末后的景况就比先前更不好了。

现在斧子已经放在树根上，凡不结好果子的树就砍下来，丢在火里。

可以从其中取木料来做工吗？人可以拿来做钉子，挂东西在上面吗？看哪，它已经抛在火中当柴烧，火既烧了两头，中间也烧焦了，它还有什么用处呢？看哪，它完整的时候尚且不能拿来做工，何况被火烧焦了，还能拿来做工吗？所以，主耶和华如此说：我怎样使林中树里的葡萄树在火中当柴烧，我也必照样对待耶路撒冷的居民。我必向他们变脸；他们虽从火中逃出来，火仍要烧灭他们。我向他们变脸的时候，你们就知道我是耶和华。

凡名字没有记在生命册上的人，就被扔进火湖里。

他们从我们中间出去，却不是属我们的，若是属我们的，就必仍旧与我们同在。他们出去，这就显明他们都不是属我们的。

你要说，主耶和华如此说：这棵葡萄树岂能发旺呢？鹰岂不拔出它的根来，摘光它的果子，使它枯干，连长出的嫩叶都枯萎了吗？要把它连根拔除，并不需要费大力或动用许多人。

这样的人是你们爱筵上的污点；他们无所惧怕地同你们宴乐，仿佛牧人只顾喂饱自己。他们是无雨的浮云，被风飘荡；是秋天没有果子的树，死而又死，连根被拔出来；是海里的狂浪，涌出自己可耻的沫子来；是流荡的星，有漆黑的幽暗永远为他们保留着。

惟有战战兢兢等候审判和那将吞灭众敌人的烈火了。

保护你右手所栽的根，你为自己所坚固的幼苗。

惟独你被抛弃在你的坟墓之外，有如被厌恶的枝子，被许多用刀刺透杀死的人覆盖着，一同坠落地府的石头那里，像被践踏的尸首。

犹大就把那银钱丢在殿里，出去吊死了。

因为坚固的城变为荒凉，成了被撇弃的居所，像旷野一样；牛犊在那里吃草，在那里躺卧，吃尽其中的树枝。

他不得脱离黑暗，火焰要把他的嫩枝烧干；因神口中的气，他要离去。

至于胆怯的、不信的、可憎的、杀人的、淫乱的、行邪术的、拜偶像的和一切说谎话的人，他们将在烧着硫磺的火湖里有份；这是第二次的死。”
