For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.

For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit,

For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so also the Son gives life to whom he will.

and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

“ I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser.

The Spirit and the Bride say,“ Come.” And let the one who hears say,“ Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.

All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.

“ Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming, and is now here, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself.And he has given him authority to execute judgment, because he is the Son of Man.Do not marvel at this, for an hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voiceand come out, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of judgment.

I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.”

since you have given him authority over all flesh, to give eternal life to all whom you have given him.And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.

Truly, truly, I say to you, if anyone keeps my word, he will never see death.”

I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.

When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.

As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on me, he also will live because of me.

Yet a little while and the world will see me no more, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live.

Then Pilate said to him,“ So you are a king?” Jesus answered,“ You say that I am a king. For this purpose I was born and for this purpose I have come into the world— to bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to my voice.”

For the bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”

As you come to him, a living stone rejected by men but in the sight of God chosen and precious,

Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus,by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh,and since we have a great priest over the house of God,let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.

Thus it is written,“ The first man Adam became a living being”; the last Adam became a life-giving spirit.

Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

so that, as sin reigned in death, grace also might reign through righteousness leading to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Simon Peter answered him,“ Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life,

who through him are believers in God, who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.

So Jesus again said to them,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.

If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands,and crying out with a loud voice,“ Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,saying,“ Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”Then one of the elders addressed me, saying,“ Who are these, clothed in white robes, and from where have they come?”I said to him,“ Sir, you know.” And he said to me,“ These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.“ Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence.They shall hunger no more, neither thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any scorching heat.For the Lamb in the midst of the throne will be their shepherd, and he will guide them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, whom we proclaimed among you, Silvanus and Timothy and I, was not Yes and No, but in him it is always Yes.For all the promises of God find their Yes in him. That is why it is through him that we utter our Amen to God for his glory.

and from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of kings on earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood

Also it was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer them. And authority was given it over every tribe and people and language and nation,and all who dwell on earth will worship it, everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain.

These are a shadow of the things to come, but the substance belongs to Christ.

Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war.

“ And to the angel of the church in Laodicea write:‘ The words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of God’s creation.

For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily,

“ And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write:‘ The words of the holy one, the true one, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, who shuts and no one opens.

For I tell you that Christ became a servant to the circumcised to show God’s truthfulness, in order to confirm the promises given to the patriarchs,and in order that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy. As it is written,“ Therefore I will praise you among the Gentiles, and sing to your name.”

And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each holding a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.And they sang a new song, saying,“ Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation,

and you killed the Author of life, whom God raised from the dead. To this we are witnesses.

Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb

By this the Holy Spirit indicates that the way into the holy places is not yet opened as long as the first section is still standing

to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles in the priestly service of the gospel of God, so that the offering of the Gentiles may be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
