Then Mary took about a pint of pure nard, an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus’ feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

Then Mary took a pound of perfume, pure and expensive nard, anointed Jesus’s feet, and wiped his feet with her hair. So the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

Mary then took a pound of very expensive perfume of pure nard, and anointed the feet of Jesus and wiped His feet with her hair; and the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

Then Mary took a pound of very costly oil of spikenard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil.

Mary therefore took a pound of ointment of pure nard, very precious, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odor of the ointment.

Then Mary took a pound of fragrant oil— pure and expensive nard— anointed Jesus’ feet, and wiped His feet with her hair. So the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil.

Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment.

Then Mary took three quarters of a pound of expensive aromatic oil from pure nard and anointed the feet of Jesus. She then wiped his feet dry with her hair.( Now the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfumed oil.)

Therefore Mary took a pound of ointment of pure nard, very precious, and anointed Jesus’s feet and wiped his feet with her hair. The house was filled with the fragrance of the ointment.

這瑪麗亞就是用香液膏抹主，又用自己的頭髮擦他腳的那一個。是她的弟弟拉撒路患了病。

耶穌在伯大尼，在痲瘋病人西門家裡坐席的時候，有一個女人拿著一個玉瓶進來。瓶裡盛著極其貴重的純哪噠香液。她打破玉瓶，把香液澆在耶穌的頭上。有些人心裡很不滿，說：「為什麼要這樣浪費香液呢？這香液本來可以賣三百多個銀幣，分給窮人。」他們就責備那女人。耶穌說：「由她吧！你們為什麼為難她呢？她為我做了一件美好的事。要知道，你們總是有窮人與你們在一起，只要你們願意，隨時可以為他們做好事。但你們不總是有我。她盡她所能的做了。她是為我的安葬，預先膏抹了我的身體。我確實地告訴你們：在全世界，福音無論傳到什麼地方，這女人所做的事也將被述說，做為對她的記念。」

他們繼續前行，耶穌進了一個村子，有一個名叫瑪妲的女人接待他。瑪妲有個妹妹，稱為瑪麗亞，坐在主的腳前聽他的話語。

當時，城裡有一個女人，是個罪人，她知道耶穌在那法利賽人家裡坐席，就拿著一個盛了香液的玉瓶來。她站在耶穌後面，在他的腳邊哭泣，開始用淚水沾濕耶穌的腳，再用自己的頭髮擦乾，又親吻他的腳，用香液膏抹。

瑪麗亞到了耶穌那裡，一看見他，就俯伏在他的腳前，說：「主啊，如果你早在這裡，我弟弟就不會死了。」

你沒有用油來膏抹我的頭，她卻用香液膏抹我的腳。

耶穌在伯大尼，在痲瘋病人西門家裡的時候，有一個女人拿著一個盛了極其貴重香液的玉瓶上前來，在耶穌坐席的時候，把香液澆在他的頭上。門徒們看見了就很不滿，說：「為什麼這樣浪費？這香液本來可以賣很多錢，分給窮人。」耶穌知道了，就對他們說：「你們為什麼為難這婦人呢？她為我做了一件美好的事。要知道，你們總是有窮人與你們在一起，但你們不總是有我。她把這香液澆在我身上，是為了預備安葬我而做的。我確實地告訴你們：在全世界，福音無論傳到什麼地方，這女人所做的事也將被述說，做為對她的記念。」

瑪妲說了這話，就回去叫她的妹妹瑪麗亞，悄悄地說：「老師來到這裡，叫你過去。」

他曾如此向耶和華起誓，向雅各的大能者許願：
