Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven,[ saying], I have both glorified[ it], and will glorify[ it] again.

父乎、其光榮爾名！』時有音發自天上曰：『吾已榮之、將復榮之。』

He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done.

And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power,[ be] unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four[ and] twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.

And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

And there came a voice from heaven,[ saying], Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

And said unto me, Thou[ art] my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified.Then I said, I have laboured in vain, I have spent my strength for nought, and in vain:[ yet] surely my judgment[ is] with the LORD, and my work with my God.And now, saith the LORD that formed me from the womb[ to be] his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the LORD, and my God shall be my strength.And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.Thus saith the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel,[ and] his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORD that is faithful,[ and] the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee.

When Jesus heard[ that], he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.

Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?Then they took away the stone[ from the place] where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up[ his] eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said[ it], that they may believe that thou hast sent me.And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?

Therefore, when he was gone out, Jesus said, Now is the Son of man glorified, and God is glorified in him.If God be glorified in him, God shall also glorify him in himself, and shall straightway glorify him.

And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.

And he said, Abba, Father, all things[ are] possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.

And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.

For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly[ places] might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

Unto him[ be] glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in[ his] kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform[ it] until the day of Jesus Christ:Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.For God is my record, how greatly I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ.And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and[ in] all judgment;That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ;Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.
