他們卻強留他說：「時候晚了，天快黑了，請你同我們住下吧。」耶穌就進去，要同他們住下。

凡勞苦擔重擔的人都到我這裏來，我要使你們得安息。我心裏柔和謙卑，你們當負我的軛，向我學習；這樣，你們的心靈就必得安息。因為我的軛是容易的，我的擔子是輕省的。」

愛我的，我也愛他，懇切尋求我的，必尋見。

拿但業對他說：「拿撒勒還能出甚麼好的嗎？」腓力說：「你來看。」

於是撒瑪利亞人來見耶穌，求他在他們那裏住下，他就在那裏住了兩天。

凡父所賜給我的人，必到我這裏來；到我這裏來的，我總不丟棄他。

看哪，我站在門外叩門，若有聽見我聲音而開門的，我要進到他那裏去，我與他，他與我一起吃飯。

保羅在自己所租的房子裏住了足足兩年。凡來見他的人，他都接待，放膽傳講上帝的國，並教導主耶穌基督的事，沒有人禁止。

猶大（不是加略人猶大）問耶穌：「主啊，為甚麼親自向我們顯現，而不向世人顯現呢？」耶穌回答他說：「凡愛我的人就會遵守我的道，我父也會愛他，並且我們要到他那裏去，與他同住。
