Righteous Father! The world has not known You. However, I have known You, and these have known that You sent Me.

Look at how great a love the Father has given us that we should be called God’s children. And we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it didn’t know Him.

By faith we understand that the universe was created by God’s command, so that what is seen has been made from things that are not visible.

All things have been entrusted to Me by My Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son desires to reveal Him.

For since, in God’s wisdom, the world did not know God through wisdom, God was pleased to save those who believe through the foolishness of the message preached.

No one has ever seen God. The One and Only Son— the One who is at the Father’s side— He has revealed Him.

In these last days, He has spoken to us by His Son. God has appointed Him heir of all things and made the universe through Him.The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact expression of His nature, sustaining all things by His powerful word. After making purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.

The God who made the world and everything in it— He is Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in shrines made by hands.Neither is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives everyone life and breath and all things.From one man He has made every nationality to live over the whole earth and has determined their appointed times and the boundaries of where they live.He did this so they might seek God, and perhaps they might reach out and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us.

None of the rulers of this age knew this wisdom, for if they had known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

That light shines in the darkness, yet the darkness did not overcome it.

But Jesus responded to them,“ My Father is still working, and I am working also.”

So she called the Lord who spoke to her: The God Who Sees, for she said,“ In this place, have I actually seen the One who sees me?”

You are to say this to them,“ The gods that did not make the heavens and the earth will perish from the earth and from under these heavens.”He made the earth by His power, established the world by His wisdom, and spread out the heavens by His understanding.
